I ordered a light saber. In about a week, a light saber showed up on my door in a brown box. I like it.

I received my sabers in a very short time frame, so that was great. Iverall, I really likr the saber (it's my first). The only complaint I have is that I found out after I ordered it that I could have gotten sentinel yellow but it wasn't on the list of options. When I contacted your company, they said it was not a perfected color and so it had to be requested. Since I didn't ask for it ahead of time I would have to pay $50 to send it back in for the color I really want. Problem is, how could I have know to ask if I didn't kow it was an option.

Customer service was great and all questions answered timely enough to catch the sale. Spent enough to get free shipping with USPS and still got it with a week from placing the order. Very satisfied with the quality of the sabers.
Fast shipping. Good quality. Awesome rewards program. The only flaw in the delivery is USPS. I had to find the driver because he couldn't find my apt building. You guys are great though.
