Took a while for shipping but the sabers that I got were worth the wait.
I am torn... I loved the product and that was great but it was two days outside of the original 14 business days and if I had not mentioned anything to them they never would have said anything and that is against the bbc they have to tell you that it will be longer... after they finally contacted me again they said that one of the days did not count and that it was still within 14 days... which it was 15 if it was minus one... after I brought up that the bbc says they must provide and update they quickly told me oh I looked at the wrong thing, its sending out today and then 5 minutes later it was sent out... this was only because I pointed out what they did was illegal... do not expect it to arrive on time but the product is good

Easy shopping experience. My problem was that it took much longer to ship than described.
This was my 2nd Saber that I have designed. The process of creating these is a blast.
From the pommel to the blade color and sound. The possibilities are endless
I am impressed with the sabers I received. The mystery box saber does not have sound but I am excited to upgrade it. I was even excited to basically have a Sith version of the Jedi saber I ordered (Aeon v4 and Dominix v4). Looking forward to getting another one soon!
Took a long time to construct otherwise good job. I was happy to get the final product and it looked as expected
It took about 20 days for my saber to finally ship, but only after sending multiple emails. For the inconvenience the included a blade plug and expedited shipping which I thought was nice. When I finally received my order, it was missing the retention screw wrench which is the one thing I need to put my saber together. They are sending one to me now, but it shouldn't be this much of a hassle for customers and it shouldn't have to take multiple emails for someone to finally respond so that my order could be shipped. Not sure if I will be a returning customer!
This is a dream come true love this site. I am a Star Wars geek and I would do anything to get my hands on a lightsaber.
Every star wars fan should buy one... amazing craftmanship and mechanics! Dont think much, just buy the damn thing people ;)
Overall pretty good shopping experience, shipping took a little longer than usual but that's to be expected around the holidays!
The product is amazing and I absolutely love it, the only problem I had was that I ordered it a month ago and I'm just now receiving it. I wasn't even able to track the shipping of it, due to my account didn't register I bought a product.
Took a while to receive items but I can chalk that up to ordering on New Years. Other than that, it was good.

I like the ease of shopping. No other saber provider has the ease of access that you have. Its just a shame that the wait was so long. I do understand that they were swamped with orders though, so I don't blame them too much.
Really enjoy the product and care put into the saber. Had some problems that were unavoidable from the developer, but they delivered a quality product. Only real issue was I received the silver light color from their choices in my mystery box. The light is really disappointing and seems rather a lack of any color from the internal light as opposed to a choice of color. But again, thanks for the great product.
Ordering during the holiday season was probably a mistake as it took about a month to receive my saber, but thats understandable.
It was a wonderful experience!
