Took way too long to be shipped but the product is very well built and I am very happy with how it turned out. The LED is bright and the hilt feels nice though the balance could be a tad better.

The lead time took longer than excpected, but in the end, the lightsaber I got was worth it. I will definitely shop again from Ultrasabers, just hoping for shorter lead time.
The recent Movie release, and the Christmas season combined meant that I couldn't have placed my order at a worse time.
Like many other reviewers, I knew very little about Lightsabers as I was buying them as a Birthday gift. This resulted in several unanswered phone calls and e-mails requesting assistance in choosing product options.
After a period of waiting for a response, I opted to just wing it... and placed my order. Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail from Customer Service explaining how busy they were due to the aforementioned reasons (Movie/Christmas).
Despite my situation, I understand how busy UltraSabers is, as they do appear to be the premier provider of quality dueling Lightsabers. I still wish that I could have got in contact with someone from Customer Service before I placed my order. This would have resulted in a few changes to the options I chose, which would have ultimately improved my shopping experience.
Regardless of the issues stated above, I would highly recommend these products if you don't mind waiting: Apprentice LE V4 (Guardian Blue) and the Dark Apprentice V4 (Blazing Red).
Update (06/01/2018): I decided to downgrade my rating of this website due to a continued lack of communication from Customer Service. (unless you count a generic e-mail telling me that I can log in and raise my star rating at any time)
My only complaint is that it took a month to arrive, but it was because of such a high amount of previous orders. Otherwise, the lightsaber showed up quickly after being made, and is extremely well made. I love it and use it all the time.
Délai de livraison un peu long, dû au $#*! pris par Ultrasaber avec l'afflux de commande de la période des fêtes, et les intempéries de décembre, mais très satisfaite de ma commande une fois reçue, la possibilité de choix du bouton d'allumage est un plus que j'apprécie sur un modèle de sabre que j'avais déjà commandé mais qui avait eu un problème au niveau du bouton d'allumage qui s'était cassé en faisant tomber le sabre plusieurs fois en entrainement. Je prévois déjà d'en acheter un autre d'ici peu de temps^_^
Great customer service, high quality
I purchased a mystery box saber and was some what disappointed to see that after I paid an extra $20 for shipping, and had to wait longer than the expected period, all I got was a stunt saber. HOWEVER, I am very happy with the saber that I got and it is a MYSTERY box saber. I guess that's just the nature of the beast.

My son is thrilled- loves it! Its displayed for all to see and is truly a work of art and when it lights up Wow! We were amazed with the quality of the Ultrasaber! We didnt know what to expect when we ordered it but it has exceeded our expectations.

I really love my brand new Archon v3.1! Well done, Ultrasabers. Well done.
First of all i loved the hilt, very well made. My problem was the shipping was a bit slow and my main complaint is the color i got for the lightsaber, the color was silver, all it looks like is a florescent light, its like i bought a big flashlight. I wish they would stop producing the silver light..
