Pros:
The saber itself is not bad, not cheap toy quality, doesn't look like the original Star Wars ones but that's expected since I wasn't purchasing Star Wars licensed product. The handle looks and feels like medal and is not too heavy, which is good because you don't want to sore your arms every-time you swing the saber. The light is very bright in dark rooms. Only complaint I can possibly have is that the light up part itself is too obvious a led light tube, you really feel like you are swing a light tube around, not a saber. Kind of hoped it'd be shaped more like a blade or something.

Cons:
Order arrived a week later than expected (expectation calculated based on the 14 bus days lead time + 3 days USPS priority delivery time) The shipping was great, they just didn't ship the product until I emailed and asked.
The website was extremely poorly designed and difficult to find information. I haven't seem such unusual information architecture in ages in the year of 2000s.

Overall, given the price and lead time spent on the ordering experience, Ultrasabers have a lot of opportunities of improvements. Its products are still better than toys so if I ever want more sabers I probably will still come back, unless there are other services with better websites, or shorter lead time, or lower prices that can compete.

I'm going to be ordering 5 more soon for my groomsmen gifts. *Edit* I am continuing to purchase sabers for my groomsmen and customizing them to fit their personality. The products are lovely. The time they take to ship varies. My only criticism is that they did not inform me the particular saber I ordered was out of stock until I emailed them for follow up nearly 3 weeks after I ordered it. Then the person I spoke to didn't seem to be bothered by it.

The only reason I have given a 4/5 star rating is because I order a mystery box saber back in the third week of January and am only just getting it. That being said, when I contact US about the purchase they were quick to get back to me, apologized and explained the situation, which was also understandable. When you go to buy a saber please note that they are a hard working shop, all of their Sabers are incredible quality and you wont find better ones, or a larger selection, for the prices you pay, they do have a disclaimer that at times of high amounts of orders you might not get your saber when you want or as fast as you want, again thats understandable, would you honestly want a rushed saber? These things are hand maid, dont rush quality. Anyways, the company was great about my order being late, they even upped the shipping to express for me without charging me. I preach to people about this company. Thanks.
