My initial order was for a saber that was on back order which I knew ahead of time, I changed my order to the same saber with a different finish. Customer service was prompt and helpful with this and with another order that I needed assistance with! Overall satisfied with my experience with Ultrasabers!

I wanted a lightsaber to duel my friends with and I was willing to wait a month for it. Nearly two weeks later I got an email saying that they were out of the hilt I ordered. I honestly would have been devastated if not for the person whom was emailing me telling me I could either wait about 18 business weeks for my hilts to come or I could choose another hilt to and my order would ship immediately, now I obviously chose the second option and I am VERY happy to say that my two sabers are in great condition and it is extremely fun to duel my friends with a saber which I have attached a coupler to thus allowing me to join my two sabers.
I love the quality of the product, I duelled with it the day I got it and it held up well. Assembly and shipping was really quick, it only took two weeks to arrive from the time i ordered it.
Great workmanship excellent customer service. I would recommend too any looking to buy a saber for the first time go to ultrasabers.
Everything is great as always. I get one more sound saber in my collection by only $75 in Mystery Box. This is great opportunity. It is like Kinder Surprise, really huge Kinder Surprise, unfortunately without chocolate (maybe this analogy will be understood only by European people)
The hex rench doesn't fit with the guardian light saber so I can remove the blade.
The two are now one. And as everybody knows: "there can be, Only one"! I got a cupluer for my 2 stunt sabers to make a Really long double blade.
