Customer support was great i needed a specific part for a lightsaber and they knew exactly what it was and told me specifically what to add to make sure the part i received was accurate. Barely a week later i received the parts. Great to work with as always

I asked for high polish nickel plated finish. The end result was better than I expected. This saber looks amazing!

Ordered a mystery box and was not disappointed! It arrived a day ahead of schedule and I ended up receiving an Electrum Wind hilt with Fire Orange LEDs and premium sound! Showed my boss and he's super jealous, 5/5 would try another box

The service was phenomenal. I emailed them twice during the process and got replies within the hour both times. The Saber is solid and came safely packaged, as I ordered it. I will be ordering again soon.

I love all the options that are given. I wanted to be able to switch colors in and out of sabers but couldn't doo it easily with the ones I had so I am so happy to have found the RGB version.

The grab bag saber that I order arrived in just over a week, and I am very satisfied with the saber itself. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. Only issue I had was the quality of the saber stand; not worth the money.

We were very pleased with the quality of the light saber. The brightness and color of the light was so much better than we expected. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating.

Ordered a mystery box saber and got the dominix v4 in guardian blue with lite sound and white flash on clash I couldn't be happier. Will definitely order more in the future

My boyfriend loved this gift! The lighting and sound effects really make this saber stand out. I bought the additional stand and that was a great purchase too! The only bad thing I have to say is that because I specified this was a gift I had requested a note be attached and it did not come :(

I understand the very high demand for these products. My only suggestion would be for the Ultrasabers staff to be more diligent with your customer support. Customers don't like to be left in the dark and sending a follow up email on the status of the order would give more peace of mind.

Experience was good their website is nice and easy to move through in order what I need.
