Everything was pretty much great except for one minor detail the pummel I ordered for my bellicose ultra saber was not the one I received.
I have had nothing but superior service from Ultrasabers! Other saber shops take weeks to deliver but Ultrasabers always gets the job done FAST! As for quality, no comparison. The selection is far and above all other saber shops as well!

I love my ultrasaber - I've had it for over a year. After I accidentally destroyed the batteries (my fault), ordering new ones with them has been a cinch.
The lightsaber is as cool as expected for a standard one! I'll recommend this site to many others! I hope to see many more different hilts in the near future, especially (hopefully) Darth Sidious' lightsaber!^_^
I purchased an Archon v3.1. I love the look and feel of the saber and added a graflex clamp for added accuracy. I have a gripe with the blade as it wobbles a bit when screwed in. The retention screw that was included is much larger than pictured and the allen wrench that I ordered doesn't fit the screw. Currently contacted customer service for a resolution. Overall, I'm very pleased with the lightsaber and would recommend to others. I plan to use it for costuming and not dueling.
As usual good quality product shipped quickly. Should try packing the couplers separate from the Allen wrench to prevent the minor damage mine took in shipping. No big deal to me, but others may not be so easy going.
When my saber arrived, there were some issues, including damaged parts and rattling electronics (Im a first time buyer). However, after talking to customer service, they were able to provide reassurance and instruction on how to fix the rattling problems, and they sent me the replacement parts I needed very quickly. Although it didnt arrive perfectly, all my issues were resolved rather quickly and without additional charge on my behalf! Great customer service (thank you, Jason), and great product!
