Very punctual and well built.
This is my 2nd order with UltraSabers and I was pleasantly surprised by UltraSabers great customer service. I had ordered a longer blade and extra accessories which would accompany my 1st purchase great. Due to my negligence, I must have thrown out the wrench and extra batteries. When I reached out to UltraSabers customer service, Jason resend the accessories that I have accidentally thrown out and send me replacements free of charge as a one-time courtesy. You have certainly retained me as a customer and I will be back. Thanks again for your help.
As for my first time experience buying from Ultrasabers. It was exciting to purchase a Mystery Box, wondering what i'd "win". And i got more then what i paid for with what i won.
My ONLY regret is that i didnt buy more than one Mystery Box or Grab Bag on the same purchase.

I received my order on time and as described.
The top and bottom frames eat up a lot of my screen real estate when shopping.

Everything is great, the only complaint that I have is the light fixture is loose, so it rattles around when I swing it.
When I unboxed my saber I turned it on and I was like a kid again it was so life like. I took it to work and showed my friends. They all fell in love with it as well. One even might get one for himself. So thank you again.
Processing took longer than we expected but delivery time was reasonable. When I contacted customer service to ask about ETD, I did not receive a response but got a FedEx tracking notice the next day. We are very happy with the product.
Easy to find want I wanted and compare options
Overall great lightsaber. Fast delivery tie. Would like more options to for longer hilts. The blade I received kinda shakes when I move my saber around which is annoying but it looks stable.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
