I placed an order but later wanted to add items and make changes to the order. I emailed them and they were great. They added the items and made all the changes I needed. We ended up with the Scorpion for me and the Crimson Scorpion for my wife. I made a few modifications to mine to make the sabers a little different. They are huge hilts and we love them. Great work. We opted for the diamond board and glad we did. The ability to change colors is a great feature.

Amazing sabers for a fantastic price! I'm really impressed by the quality of these sabers, and I will definitely be buying from US again! My only problem was on delivery time--it took over a month to get our sabers, but this was due to them switching their computer system and attending several cons around the time of the order. However, their customer services representatives were always very kind and helpful, and in the end, US sent us a free stunt saber and connector.

I just placed my first order for a mystery box! I ordered two, the first was a silver initiate in blazing red. Cool, it looked like my first saber.

The second saber though- Graflex CE with Obsidian Sound V3 and an Emerald Driver! Wow! I got soooo lucky! I can use the driver to make the saber any color I want, with transitions and flash on clash. I'm so excited about it!

Although now that I've gotten so lucky, I'm hooked on the mystery box. Can't wait to order another!

It's no mystery that there are some higher quality lightsabers out there, but for the price, and delivery time (less than two weeks for me), it's more than worth it. Especially if you're like me and just getting into the hobby. The website's UI is really user-friendly, there's a ton of options for designing your saber; all of which are implemented in a way that really helps keep track of what your picking and how much you're spending. Plus, they do a great job of explaining exactly what each option does, you just need to make sure you watch the videos and/or read the description included with every product's options.

Lastly, customer service was awesome, I picked a blue blade with arctic blue flash-on-clash, hoping for a subtle change in the blade color, only to realise a few days after purchasing that those colors can be hard to distinguish (As I said, first time buyer). Obviously I was panicking a bit, mainly since that between the price and my die-hard love for Star Wars, I wanted it to be perfect. So I got into contact with them through their site, where they gave me an email address that I could forward my issue to; and now I have a bright, beautiful guardian blue Graflex with flash-on-clash white, and I couldn't be happier!

PS - I bragged to some friends about my blade and two of them are already planning on buying some Ultrasabers of their own. And they're not even crazy Star Wars fans, they just thought that the lightsaber I got was bad*ss!

I ordered the Scorpion (Black) and this saber is absolutely stunning. Its weighted perfectly and the circumference feels great, Im a 6 tall male so it fits perfectly. I opted to get the white illuminated silver button and its looks amazing. The only drawback is I got the violet amethyst blade, and I expected it to be a darker purple which is a lack of foresight on my part. Ill be sending it back to get the Dark Amethyst color added, which is an option for those who dont know; along with a few other options that you can only find in the forum. Definitely NOT a fault with Ultra Saber, as the blade does produce a nice magenta color, its just not what I was looking for. Also I would recommend opting for the 40 blade like I did, as about 2 1/2-3 inches of the blade sinks into the hilt. Regardless this is my second light saber from Ultra Sabers and I have 3 more on the way with an additional two sitting in my shopping cart. If I could make one recommendation about the products available I would ask for a tiered display for the light sabers. Either way I cant recommend ultra saber enough, great quality, fast shipping, and less than 24 hour response time on email in addition to that chat feature on their website.

I dont know that I have ever been so quickly responded to or treated so well. I was overwhelmed by the site and options but Jason was literally willing to hold my hand and make any after-order changes I needed. Then, the cherry on top... My order got here so fast I am in complete awe... and I am in Canada so thats international! I was worried I had left the order too late (because I couldnt make up my mind and wanted to get it right) to arrive in time for my sons 18th birthday. But here it it is in all its glory (so well packaged too). I am completely impressed... now to see the look on my sons face when he opens it. Thank you so much for making me a hero :)

The order was processed in a timily manner and shipped in a timely manner. My only issue is that I ordered a dorinian pommel to replace the pommel on the manticore that was shipped at about the same time that I have not recieved yet. The manticore I ordered is nice hilt, I just wish I got a slightly shorter blade since I tend to hit my cieling which is why in the electric wind I just ordered I opted for a 32 inch blade. Over all my experiance was postive and hilt was nice. I have a scorpion that ceased working, customer service responded in a timilly matter and got information I guided me through trouble shooting. Unfortunatly we could not resolve the issue so they sent me information on how to send it back for diagnosis and repair.
