Excellent product and timely service

Good customer service that responded to my problem and quickly solved it.

Any inquiry I had were answered promptly and precise to my curiosity. The craftsmanship is well done for the extra accessories. Price is a little high in my opinion, but I am not dissatisfied with the product I received.

I love my saber. It's exactly what I wanted and cant wait to get my next one I highly recommend Ultra Sabers!

Ordered 3 grab bag blades. All seemed without any imperfections. Two were silver diffusion paper and one was white with thicker plastic.

Being Canadian I had to pay 150$ instead of $75 for the mystery box... I didnt think it would be that much that surprised me. 50$ only for shipping :/ wish it had sound at least but no

Everything is fantastic I just wish the sabers came with internal chassis so that the components wouldn't break so often. I would pay extra for that option. Also a retention screw for the LED. Thanks!

I ordered the mystery sabers. To my surprise it came with sound! However the speaker was broken and had to fix it myself. But its not a hard fix. Overall im happy with my purchase. Very durable, pretty, and bright!

Product exceeded expectations and shopping experience quick and efficient. Only downside was far too expensive shipping cost relative to product cost - other US suppliers have worked out far more cost effective ways of shipping to Australia which you should consider adopting also...
