This was my second saber, a pommel, and a spare blade, everything went perfectly with the one exception of my post office made me go in to sign for the package, instead of leaving it at my place as they did before. My experiences with ultrasaber has always been excellent, and I look forward to ordering my next saber.

I contacted Ultrasabers in need of repairs for my sabers for the first time and they managed answer all my questions to the best friend of their abilities, giving me very useful information. I was satisfied with the repairs for my sabers and will be contacting them again for future inquiries.

Contacted Ultrasabers about delivery times and got no response until they dispatched to which I received a Fedex Waybill, then a dispatch note from ultrasabers. This was three days after my email for estimate of dispatch. I only want to know when they would be dispatched.
