Excellent customer service, faster deliver than promised. The videos don't do it justice it looks real. In the dark it has a red aura around it and it's looks legit read and the sound is awesome. First time I turned it on I got goosebumps lol! I can't wait to get another one! If u want a quality realistic saber it's well worth the price. I'm very happy!

Every time I had a question, the customer service chat window popped up, and when I typed my question, I was quickly answered. The website was easy to use, for the most part, and for things that weren't obvious, there were links to forums, run or fueled by very passionate people, and it just was an overall awesome experience so far.

Purchasing the Saber was sweet overall. Explanations on available options were clear and concise. At the end I had no questions, I understood what I was getting.
Received two beautiful Diamond sabers. And one even had a free switch upgrade. Which not only looks better functions quite nicely. We did not get so lucky on the mystery boxes. But we did get the colors I had hoped for. And for friends and kids just being included makes them worth the Gamble. Can't wait to buy my next saber. We will definitely be returning customers.
