As a first time buyer I wasn't entirely sure what to expect but the US team was incredibly fast to ship and also respond to my CS emails. I had some questions about removing tiny scratches from the hilts as they can be easily marked up if you're not careful. They were incredibly helpful in assisting me and answering any other questions I had. 10/10 will be buying again

Ever since I saw Starwars in 1977 I have dreamt of having my own lightsaber, and now finally... 41 years later I find myself drooling over my very own Ultrasaber Graflex SE. Initially I thought it wasn't exactly cheap to purchase, until it arrived and I realised the pure quality of saber I have. It is worth every penny and more and I could not be happier with my purchase.
The customer service from Ultrasabers has been amazing, I contacted them just to ask a random question and ended up having a wonderful conversation about whatever, it really gave that 'human connection' that is so lacking in many companies nowadays.

I really hope I am lucky enough to get a saber with sound, hopefully my $123 is well spent...this statement was before I received my saber, it didn't have sound, however, I still love it. I purchased another one also, with sound and am very satisfied.

Saw Star Wars in 1979 when I was 5. Always wanted a light saber and have tried to build my own custom saber several times. Without a lathe there is no easy way to do this. Priced all the parts at several stores to build one and cost would have been as much as buying one. So glad I came across this Business. Very customisable and cost was well worth it. Lots of styles to choose from and even more ways to make it your own. 1000% satisfied with this product. High quality aluminum and blade lights up bright. Sturdy blade can be used to fight if you have a friend lucky enough to also have one. I will be buying more of them for my collection.

I had a question when i was looking for what i wanted to buy on ultrasabers.com, and luckily for me i got a great answer that helped me a lot in a matter of seconds after contacting them.
The product came fast, and came with no flaws at all. Although i have hurt my hands a bit over the past days for swinging too much with it, i think that over all it is all wurth it.
Website can be a bit overwhelming to navigate and find what you are looking for. I purchased the guardian but had no idea that there was a build your own option where you could customize. It's awesome that there are so many options, but also intimidating that there are so many options. Overall great experience.
The parts i ordered were easy to locate on the web site and purchase. Delivery was right on schedule as promised
