I was visiting Florida for supercon from the UK and when i was worried about the cost of shipping one of the people working on the booth told me that I'd be able to get help with shipping or import charges. When ordering online the customer service had no idea what I was talking about so I'd basically been lied to, had to pay full shipping and now FedEx is trying to get me to pay an additional $20

I purchased multiple mistery boxes for me and my friends. They were delivered really fast and in great condition. We didnt even get a hilt twice and almost every color.

Great saber, my son loves it. We've broken a ton of toy sabers and I'm happy to have found one that will stand up to some abuse. Also a well crafted beautiful piece. Although it seemed a bit pricey at first, I feel it was well worth the money spent, we'll most likely purchase another soon.

Went to WW Chicago to specifically get a Scorpion pommel. Booth did not have one. Luckily I was shown something good enough for my purpose.

I bought two Covertec Clips for the purpose of them to be props for an upcoming Star Wars Fan-Film project for highschool. They will serve us nicely for #PTII2019.

FedEx messed up the shipping and I didn't get my stuff till about 2 weeks after the expected date. I'm from Vegas and idk why or how my package went across the US and back but that's what happened. Otherwise great products just FedEx screwed up

This is the coolest thing I have ever purchased. It works great, I had an issue connecting the sound board to my PC but customer service help me figure it out. I will be buying more very soon

Ordering is easy, yet allows for complexity to make order truly custom. The only thing I would add to the product is some kind of internal structure or housing that held the components together in a more orderly way. Especially so you couldn't sense them shaking around in the hilt. It's a minor gripe, however, because overall I am very pleased with Ultrasabers. This is my third one and they've all been great.

Lightsaber looks great especially the Sentinel Yellow color. I got it for a Wonder Leia in trooping with in October (im gonna be Super Luke/Luke-El alingnwitna Reywing on our side. We love DC mashups with Star Wars lol and we're all very excited.
