This was my 3rd Ultra Saber, and the first time I focused more on a premium hilt than just basic cosplay. I bought a Raven, which is a HUGE hilt compared to my two previous. I also went with their new 40" mid-thickness blade. This latter was a mistake: the mid-thickness is not strong enough to keep the 40" blade from flexing. The heavy blade should work fine.
I like the Raven, but it was much bigger than I'd anticipated, especially with the claws. The covertec disk was a bit loose, but I was able to do some modifications to tighten it down. This will be my new hand-and-a-half saber, and it looks great.
My biggest single complaint about Ultra Saber is the extra cost of going rechargeable without removing the batteries to charge. If Ultra Saber were to switch to all rechargeable sabers with microUSB ports, I'd replace all my sabers with the updated versions.
Purchased 2 Mystery Box Sabers from my local Convention and I couldn't be happier with them.
The website is easy to navigate and to customize your lightsaber. The Graflex CE that I received makes 8 sabers so far. Excellent craftsmanship from UltraSabers. Thank you!
Had a power outage after a rough storm recently and my saber came in reeeeal handy. My only qualm is I wish the batteries didn't rattle around so much inside the handle but it's an easy DIY fix with some hot glue and a piece of foam. However, kudos for including batteries with my saber. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Products were great, the three blade saber has a wonky hilt, wobbles a lot so I'm scared to actually use it but it still looks beautiful!

Speedy delivery, great product, only issue being the Hilt was slightly more jagged than usual cut my hand upon gripping, but all in all good.
Its been amazing from day one. I asked for help with a saber i hade previously. It was clashing right off the start. Marlena has been helping me with it. With out a dobt its been the best customer support experiance so fare. I was going to modify my sober. But instead it turns out ill just get it repaired, with a switch replacement. In the presses i wound up buying a new saber (for a friend) and a mystery box (witch i was thinking of selling but it looks like ill be keeping it, my better half fell in love with it). Honestly I wouldnt have picked up ether of these if customer support was bad.
I feel how you support your products after there sold says a great deal about who you are as a company. And well ill be buying from you more offtion.

I like the sabers but for the price I paid I think I will go somewhere else for my next one
The saber is very well done and looks exactly like the picture, the only thing is that when the saber is swung it makes a small rattling noise and I can't figure out why it does that.
Your web interface was easily navigated and easy to use. The grab bag seems a bit of a hustle. It was a basic model that was about the same value as the lowest level light saber. My suggestion would be skip it and buy the one you wanted.

I think that it is the best if there are many hits of the mystery box.
It's beautiful me and my dad are huge star wars dorks. So I am absolutely satisfied with my saber. The color was perfect and the hilt is superb. The sounds are realistic and motion sounds are on point. Over all 10/10 would shop again.

Ultra Sabers makes quality products as far as I've seen, and their customer service is excellent. I saw their booth at a local convention. The workers were really cool and were good answering my questions. There was no online shopping that I did, yet, but I have looked at their website. It looks quite easy to work with. I'm not sure what shipping is like, but I can't imagine that it's awful. Overall a great experience.
