Customer service is awesome, esp with their instant online chat experience! The forums are jammed packed with information. My saber arrived beautiful and safe, though it was almost larger than I expected it to be! I went all in and order the diamond package, so the more I play around and fine tune my blade, the more I will learn!

Long wait before expedition. (Almost 2 weeks). The blade plug screw doesn't fit well, I nearly broke my screw wrech trying to unplug the blade.

Smooth and intuitive, all good
Overall, I am 100 percent satisfied with my Ultrasabers experience. The sabers I ordered are beautiful. They are to become the centerpiece to my collection! I would very much like to go on the Message Board and post a review, not only for these two sabers, but also for the free saber I won in the Spring raffle. I attempted to log on to the Message Board, but cannot find a way to allow it post my very positive reviews. Would it be possible to advise me on this? I went to the Rules section first and still can't see any way to post...

So far i have bought several items from ultrasabers and have been very pleased with the results.
Was very pleased to receive the actual hilt I was originally looking at to start off with. Not sure what color the LEDs are meant to mimic but is a light greenish ice blue mix. Other then that it is amazing. Can't wait to get another that has sound... I'd send a pick but my phone won't download it to jpeg format...
I don't know the business process, but a future improvement to the website could include a processing countdown. Say "queued x days", "work started" "testing lab", things to that effect.
Product was just as good as expected, and response from customer service about assembly time was prompt. Loving my new ultrasaber.

The saber is amazing can't put it down me and some friends have been dueling and the heavy grade blades is so strong its perfect. The delivery time was insanely fast. It is well built and also a great costume prop. Definitely recommending to others.
For what they are, Ultrasabers provides a decent product at an excellent price point. Very satisfied with my purchase.
When I originally purchased my Ultra Saber I requested a change to the Grand Master and after a few days of waiting, I had a response from Marlena. She was quick to respond and I was able to upgrade my hilt and I received a shipment notification 3 days later. After 3 more days I received my new Ultra Saber and the quality was nice. The only gripe I had about it was one spot on the side where you can see a center punch was set in it during the machining process. Other then that, the quality is nice and accurate. The engraved areas look very good and the quality of sound and lighting is amazing! I'm still experimenting with the Launcher and changing the pulse frequency to every.2 seconds to give it a more lively and energetic look. The Launcher is kind of difficult to use but if you spend enough time to mess around with it, then it's no problem at all. All in all, good quality; great customer support, good shipping time. Overall: 8/10! Can't wait to order some more sabers soon!
