It was very good.
The blade plug that I purchased got stuck in my lightsaber and I had to break it to get it out of my lightsaber scratching up my lightsaber and destroying the blade plug.
Was missing the belt clip on the initial order, but was sent out a new one very quickly. Very happy with the customer service

The Sabers are amazingly crafted, super bright, have all the correct sounds, and are durable as possible with the Heavy Blade upgrade

My customer service experience was AMAZING. Marlena was able to apply a promotion code after I had mistakenly checked out without applying it. I received my shipment within 2 weeks of placing order, and this was in May, one of their peek selling seasons. Quality of product received is amazing. Sincerely a patron for life.
