I have bought over $3000 of product from Ultrasabers. The product is a bit on the bulky side, but it's understandable to get the all the parts in. What I'm not thrilled with is the BS mystery boxes. Throw me a F'ing bone here. I have 4 Initiates now. No one cares about them. You know it, I know it, everyone. Sure send one as the first tier, but the 2nd and 3rd tier rewards should have a less than 10% chance at getting one. I gave you $1300 and the wording on the site makes you think you got a pretty good chance at something not **** for at least the 3rd one. If I knew I was going to be getting a bunch of Initiates I wouldn't have spent the money. But I guess that's what you were banking on. You want to have repeat customers? You wanna hook those "whales"? Lure them In with better "rewards" than the guy who spends $500.

This is my third Ultrasaber, and I continue to be very pleased with all aspects of them.
I bought a $360+ custom saber as a wedding gift. When it arrived, it rattled from loose screws and the sound module only worked sometimes. I contacted customer service and they provided instructions to 'fix it myself'. After paying that much, I would have expected a better experience. The sound module still doesn't work and I will be returning the product.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
