Happily have a nice collection of sabers now.
All of the sabers are incredibly well made. The construction is solid, and every detail is carefully selected and placed. They all sit nicely in the hand, and swing rather well. There was a small item missing from the order. When I sent an email about it, the response was quick, and the part was sent out right away -- Thank you, Marlena!
Ran out of the hilt I wanted, got me sorted out quickly, the hilt was well made, however the blade was secured too tightly and has revived damage, it doesn't seem to affect the hue and brightness of the blade however
My ultrasabers arrived faster than I expected, which is good the only problem that I had was a bit of warping on one of the blades, but I know that it isn't there fault because I ordered mine in the summer so I attributed it the the heat.
I enjoy the product, but the delivery time was pathetic.
Pretty simple process. Quick and easy.

I received my order less than a week after placing it. Even better, when my saber malfunctioned the following weekend and customer service returned my email at 5pm on a Saturday! We were able to determine that the batteries had only needed a recharge. Ultrasabers has exceeded expectations every step of the way. Huzzah

I originally got a saber as a gift for my brother but I've decided to get myself one. The blade/sheath weight balance is glorious and it's got enough heft to do some really neat stunts. I'm really excited to see his reaction!

The product I received was good, yet I was really only disatisiified with the shipping time. I completely understand hilts/ complete sabers taking time to ship out. But I only ordered a grab bag blade and some color discs. Granted I do not no how your production works, but I do think two weeks to even process my order is pretty ridiculous. I was also annoyed with one of your reps, as they told me that my order would most likely be delivered on a Monday, and kept silent for four days until that following Friday, when I had to send email inquiring where my order was for them to finally tell me that they had overestimated... They told me it would be there the next Tuesday- a week after their supposed estimate. Ill be the first to say you have some quality products... but your processing and shipping department is lacking and leaves a pretty bad taste in my mouth.
I ordered a hilt that went out of stock after my order. I was contacted by customer service with a list of alternatives and was able to straighten out the issue. Great customer service!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
