Despite some mix up of information on my end, the staff at Ultrasabers was quick to respond and fix things. Overall, it was a fun experience and I love my order. There is always room for improvement, mostly in the designs and that US needs an LED retention screw, but other than that this is a fantastic company!

Quality is high on these blades! From the hilt to the blade color to the sound... it's amazing. So glad I came across their site and decided to pick up a mystery box. Led me to ordering the exact saber I've always wanted! Loved the ability to customize everything on it as well! Great, great work!

The customer support was great, the shipping time wasn't bad either and the product itself was great for the price it was!
Some of the options were not clear - ie pummel choices as it did not appear that images of the options displayed so I went with the standard option.

Fedex first lied about my item and said it was delivered, when it never was, then it was "lost for 5 days. After 5 days of complaining to fedex they finall delivered my lightsaber. I love the saber though, dont get me wrong

I simply love ultrasabers. It's the best choice I ever made in buying a lightsaber!
I got a TRI blazing red battle staff without sound. The color and brightness of the blades is better than I expected. The anodized hilts feel really good to grip. The only problems were that the blade plugs were slightly to wide and actually got stuck in my saber for a while before I managed to get them out. I sanded them down myself just a bit so now they slide in and out smoothly. Also, I got the Silver AV switches on mine, and the cylinder around the switches are loose and rattle a little a bit. But the saber cam exactly how I ordered and exactly what I wanted.
Very good would definitely get another saber from Ultrasabers!
