The sight and business it's self are kind and supportive, only issue was with Fedex whine delivered to the other side of my village leaving me to track down my parcel. Fedex doesn't seem to do well in rural UK areas.

I bought 4 sabers and one of them (red one with black handle) turns off sometimes when it makes contact (lightly) or if I swing it fast as well... I have to keep swinging it fast to turn back on. Annoying. Meant to contact you but have been busy/distracted and I don't want to go through the trouble of returning and blah blah blah.
Any suggestions?
Pretty good flow
I got one of the mystery boxes and I liked what I received. My first order of a saber was a custom one with the obsidian soundboard and some personal bells and whistles, and I paid pretty well for it (and I'm VERY satisfied with that one too). The mystery box on the other hand gives me a second, far cheaper lightsaber. I'm assuming I got one that was pretty middle of the line- no sound, simple power switch- but the blade is the same dueling quality, and is longer than my first one so I have a couple length options. The body of the saber as well is still high quality machined. These mystery boxes are pretty tight.
I am missing the stand from the order. I will be contacting customer service.
It is a great product, long lasting battery with high quality sound and lights. Really durable hilt and blade! Overall, great product and recommend to all who are looking for a great lightsaber
I got my first order so fast, I decided to place another one to see if it was just because it was a mystery box. Ordered 3 more sabers, and got them in less than a week. Ultrasabers is definitely going to be my go to saber store.

I received my first order from Ultra Sabers. The hilt was gorgeous and the blade is super bright! The parts were really high quality - I showed it to a bunch of engineer and machinist friends who were all impressed and intrigued with how it was made. I'm sure I'll be back again for another saber at some point and in the meantime, I will definitely recommend this site!
