I love the product, but I hate that they ship through FedEx. Maybe my area just has bad drivers, but I wasn't impressed with our FedEx delivery. I got my sabers 3 days after the initial expected date, and 1 very angry phone call to FedEx.

I was skeptical at first. You never know online what you'll get. When I got the saber I was highly impressed. Only drawback was a confirmation email for my order. Checked my junk mail spam never found a confirmation email. Ultra sabers was quick with a email response when I emailed them about it. The issue was resolved in the saber was on its way.
Just brilliant! I received my saber in under a week. Which is great because I received it the day before I needed it. Besides that fact the saber looks nice and has a hefty feel to it, which is the contrary of all my sabers from other resellers.
The website is pretty easy to navigate, and there's a ton of options available that help you to not break the bank. The delivery speed was also faster than expected, which is excellent.

The wait was long but I was informed that it was normal for the time of the order but when the order showed up it was missing 2 things (an allen key and a saber plug). I didn't contact ultrasaber since I didn't want to go through the processes to get them (it didn't seem worth it in my opinion). Overall, the sabers were good but I worry about ordering in the future if I will get everything I ordered or will I have to double check and make a complaint.
It was really good will probably get another one sometime in the future.
Highly recommend if you want a lightsaber
The sabers are very high quality, have a realistic feel to them and are just all around amazing! After I ordered and received my first one, I was addicted. I'm definitely a lifetime customer!
Definitely a great purchase! I got a lightsaber for my roommate, one for my brother and one for myself and everyone was incredibly pleased with their gifts. In case your wondering, I'd recommend the clearer looking saber; the color on the LEDs comes through much better

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
