Great experience, the product is exceptional and its quality is well above what I expected, and my expectations were rather high. Delivery time (I ordered in December and it still arrived within two weeks!) was amazing as well.

Delivery was slow but thats because of the holidays. Customer service was great to work with.
Lightsaber came just fine, however the charger is missing the ac power cord and will no longer charge the saber. I also did not receive the belt clip that i had ordered.

I hope the smile on the 13 year old's face is worth it... it did... and the team needs to rethink the design... and learn the difference between Ireland and the UK:
Fed ex messed up (?) and sent the order to the UK instead of ireland. Wrong country and land mass. It took 5 extra days to arrive and barely made it under the tree in time.
The blade was too long for the weight and wobbles at speed. The design should include more than one tensioning screw to hold the heavy/long blade... like 3 screws at 120 degrees from each other. The single screw puts a major dent into the blade to compensate for the wobble and that's not going to last long. The deformation itself is growing after only a week. The company should consider perhaps that heavy blades should be limited to 32 inches. The long blade is actually too long for enjoyment inside the house as it doesn't account for the hilt length... and spinning it really requires a 10+ foot ceiling and lots of extra room. And smaller kids will knock the floor by accident.
All that said, my son loves the thing. But we will have to modify it to keep it from being damaged or breaking things.
I live in Sacramento and could come to visit the team in San Jose to add to this feedback in person. As an engineer and a Star Wars fan it would be fun...
Website was really easy to use and made it super convenient to build custom sabers.
There were a couple minor issues with the exact specifications I ordered, but they'll hopefully be taken care of soon
Purchased a mystery box saver, very pleased with the look and quality. Had fun opening the box to find out what kind of hilt and color of saber!
I love ultrasabers. I've ordered a mystery box from you guys once before, and your customer service is amazing. I've wanted to order a customized saber from you for years, but I could never bring myself to spend the money. So when my sister decided to surprise me by ordering the one I'd been pining over for years, I knew I had to order one for her in return. It took a bit longer than estimated, which was completely understandable given that I ordered during Christmas time. When I got in touch with customer service because I'd received an email from shopper approved inquiring about my order Marlena from ultrasabers customer support was very apologetic for the delay, and went above and beyond to compensate for it. I'm very happy with my order and the support I received, and I intend to order from ultrasabers again in the near future.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
