Ultrasabers is an amazing experience for die hard Star Wars fans as well as fans of swordplay, fencing, and the likes! I highly recommend getting a lightsaber for yourself and your family members. :)
This is my first lightsaber, so I didn't know what to expect when I ordered. I watched some of the videos attached to this product but they don't tell you much as it's just a video of a guy waving the saber around with no explanation of its features.
Speed - from ordering to having it in my hand was just over a week, this is incredible given I ordered over the Christmas and New Year period. I also live in the UK so the speed from order to dispatch to arrival was amazing.
Quality - the hilt is solidly built and has a good weight behind it, easy to remove pommel so the batteries can be removed for recharging. The saber has 2 choke points allowing it to be held with one hand or both. A small but very powerful speaker is built into the pommel. I opted for the mid grade blade to allow the colour through, it can light up an entire room.
Features - the Diamond Controller is amazing, it allows every aspect of the saber to be changed, from clash settings to swing sensitivity to blade colour. The Ultrasabers Launcher allows the saber to be connected to a PC and most features to be changed. You can create your own sound schemes for the saber and teach it new things such as gestures.
The saber has the ability to use gestures to control effects, volume and other things.
New sound schemes can be created with custom sound effects, colours changed, flash on clash altered.
The Diamond Controller is a wonderful piece of kit.
The lightsaber was very nice and I loved it, the only thing is that it wasn't wrapped as a surprise. I wanted a surprise but no, they didn't give it to me like that. Customer service was very good. Processing time was around 4 weeks
I received my saber in a timely manner considering it was holiday season and the new movie just released. I know they were flooded with orders and still managed to get the order out quickly.
It took a while to get in, but that's probably just because of a lot of orders being put in around Christmas time

The blades are good quality, the brightness is good as well.
Their products are great quality. The problem is that they don't have great customer service. If you call the number, you'll get a voicemail telling you to email. And when you email, it'll either take a while or it won't happen. I'm still waiting on a reply back from from a question on 1/9/20.
My experience with Ultrasabers has been very good. I am satisfied with my purchase and have had fun showing my friends and family. I've even convinced my friends to get some so I can duel them.
The quality of the sabers is amazing and even though i ordered at a busy time of year they got here faster then ultrasabers said they would be here so over all a great place to get your sabers.
Only 1Week delivery Time
I actually placed an order my saber Christmas day. Despite the posted leas times and the talk on the forums that the company got swamped with orders over the season, I received my order in about two and a half weeks.
I ordered a mystery box with guaranteed sound. The products arrived and I opened it and inspected it. The quality was absolutely phenomenal. Currently the hilt is sitting on its stand as the center piece of my coffee table.
Here's where I ran into the problem I can't get give 5 stars and the reason I gave 4 instead of 3.
Upon getting it set up and turning it on, I was met with a nice colored glow and silence. My saber is not producing the sound I paid for. I sent the company an email and got the automated response but I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I know how swamped they are due to filling holiday orders and I'm patient over that fact. After scanning the forums and reading other people's experiences in am quite confident this company will find a way to take care of the issue. They have very good reviews in that department from their repeat customers.
The missing sound and wait for a response are what kept this from being a 5 star review but due to the holidays I don't hold the wait against them and still believe the product quality and order fulfillment time deserve a strong score.
It feels wonderful in the hand and I can tell I'm going to be using this for years. It is a perfect balance and a high quality handle with an extremely tough blade that I'm very happy with.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
