Awesome quality of blades! I ordered two mystery boxes and both sabers are great quality. I got one lower end saver that was upgraded a bit, and another one with obsidian sound and I couldn't be more satisfied with my order! I play on buying again real soon!

Brilliant service
I attempted to cancel my order before it was even processed, and was told that I would be charged an absolutely obnoxious restocking fee for an item that work had not even been started on yet. Then I received the wrong item (I had paid extra for the combat ready emitter, received the standard version), and it was damaged due to poor packing. Quality of the item in general was sub-par as well, many tooling marks were left on the surface of the product, leading to a rough and uncomfortable finish to hold. I have attempted to reach out again to report this, but have not received and response in several days.
I ordered any saber after Christmas and apparently so did a lot of people! I had to wait longer than normal to get it but I was very happy with the quality and style of the hilt and blade. I ordered a mystery box and while it didn't have sound I was thrilled to finally have such an awesome light saber in my hands. Thank you!
I did not receive any sound saber with my 1st order of 2 mystery boxes, but got 2 very nice hilts:
Pro's: Excellent value hilts for the price. Aeon LE v4 with blade windows & AV non-momentary switch instead of the regular guarded with green blade. 2nd was Raven with SS 8" claws, regular pommel instead of SS with what looks like an ice blue blade.
Cons:
1. Customer service is pretty bad, don't know if its the season or what. 1st two emails where answer by automated response. On 20th day 3rd email was never answered, but I got notified next day after the email that my sabers were being shipped out.
2. The ice blue led light is very weak, it leaves much to be desired in comparison to the green led light which lit up evenly throughout the blade. It's $35 currently to upgrade the led light to the stronger Tri. Also, the blade tips don't look right, like if they where glued on hastily as the part of the cap that is glued onto the blade is very noticeable to the eye. Makes it look less like a lightsaber and more like a giant led light. The hilts are a solid piece so upgrading might be a challenge.
Will I buy again from Ultrasaber. You bet! Is very exiting buying the Mystery box and the quality of the hilts is excellent. I do hope when I order again it won't take 20 days or more to receive the order!
Took awhile to ship but that's only because of the holiday
Everything is easy to access and descriptions are very detailed.
I made a small order for a staff coupler and a small bag of color discs. I was happy with the product but it took a long time just to process it, but I'm not tripping.
Love the heft, shape, size, and brightness. So satisfied with my mystery box!
Product was received damaged on January 6th. I tried sending it back for repair, but I have contacted Ultrasabers email so many times to the point I have given up after receiving no word back. I submitted a transaction dispute with my credit card company. I am stuck with a broken product I paid hundreds of dollars for, and the company does not respect my business enough to offer me a response.
Delivery was several weeks late
