My first purchase with Ultrasabers I hadn't realised that items wouldn't be delivered to PO Boxes. I was contacted almost immediately about the dilemma and we were able to resolve the issue. The support team was great.
The product itself was exciting to get. A Mystery Box is definitely a good starter if you don't know what you want yet. I can say without shame I was a complete child when I finally got my Saber in hand. It just lights up so well! The hilt isn't too heavy, either. So you shouldn't worry about that. A good size for grip, too.
I ordered it on Dec. 31st yet it didn't come till late February which really sucked but it was definitely worth the wait.

I ordered at the end of the holiday season when they were still backed up with orders. After the 4 week lead time I sent an email to custoner service and got a response in a day. My sabers showed up later that week. They are everything I wanted and I will almost definitely be buying again sometime.

My hilt of choice became unavailable so Ultrasabers contacted me with 4 options to choose from. I was satisfied with the compromise between the options that I wanted and my price point. My saber was delivered in a timely manner and everything looks great and works perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.
Works really well, only issue being a small delay in the sound response upon winging the saver. Besides that, all is well
Received my mystery box within a week of ordering. The stunt saber I received is perfect for starting saber dueling.

I love the lightsaber a lot then i started painting it to my liking to gave the saber a snow theme then i ordered
Blade Plug Length: 3 inches from 3Dsabers while i was waiting for the saber to arrive when my saber arrived the blade plug was to long so i went and ordered other Blade Plug on etsy from Saberforge when it came it fit just fine :)
I ordered a mystery box saber in early feburary with standard shipping, and it got here much faster than expected. The actual internal battery setup is a little shoddy, held together by electric tape, but that's not a major concern.
Just got the emperors hand lightsaber and it is amazing! I just had some minor issues. Some of the screws needed some tightening and i had to glue the diffusing film inside of the blade. Other than that no other issues. Im still figuring out how to do gestures and change fonts/colors because the diamond board is complex :) but its great! Thank you ultrasabers!
Love it. Everything about it. Sentinel LE V5 with a diamond controller. The batteries are a little difficult to get out, but that's okay.
The lightsaber is great but i have requested a return, i have not gotten any response yet
The sabers are well made and you can really thwack your friends with the midgrade bois.
While it took around a month for my saber to ship, I absolutely love the quality I received. I have no sound in my saber, yeah it is still one of the coolest nerdy items I own, I absolutely love my saber!
Easy to order. Pretty fast (3-4 weeks) compared to other saber makers. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be buying from them again!
