Customer service was good and delivery times were good given the lead time but after 5 weeks of waiting, my order arrived damaged. I sent it in for repairs under the warranty and it's currently being repaired. I'd chalk this up to bad luck rather than the entirety of Ultrasabers products being poor. The metal quality of the hilts are really great and will last you a while. The electronics could have been secured better with a chassis especially for the price. The obsidian v4 soundboard is really great and the speakers are good. I just can't help but feel down after receiving a broken product. I hope they'll repair it.

This is the first time, in multiple orders (we have 10 US sabers), I am disappointed. I understand with the Mystery Box there is a good chance to receive a basic stunt saber, valued at no less than $75.00. However, my new saber is a basic Initiate V4, with standard Guardian Blue (not even the upgraded TRI color), which retails for $65.00. I know, not a big difference in price, but I do wonder if whomever fulfilled the order, may have pulled from the Grabbag stock, as opposed to the Mystery Box.

Shipping took longer due to the new movie (tros), but I was very satisfied with it when it came here! Other than the screw caps being a bit sharp on the inside (only painful if ya grip it too hard around the grooves), that is. It's not sharp on any of the outer parts, like where you would grab the hilt, so it's not too big of a deal.
Very good for sparring, have sparred with it twice now. I'm pretty heavy handed with my blows, and it barely had a scratch on it when I was done. Provided a lot of fun, and I plan on making a lot of fun memories with it

The Ultra Sabers team has really done a great job communicating given the challenges around COVID. They were quite accommodating about the fact that we had a quick move come up during that time, so they expedited production and shipment so that we would receive the saber before the address change complicated things. I was also very impressed with the quality of the saber when it arrived. I have a VERY HAPPY BOY right now, enjoying his well-deserved reward for good grades and robotics team achievements!

I understand the enormous work load ultrasabers was dealing with at the time, but communication was horrible. It did get better as time went, but there were a lot of customers worried they got scammed because they hadn't heard a word from ultrasabers in months. My Saber showed up at the estimated time and the craftsmanship is great. Navigating the website and ordering exactly what I wanted was very easy. I'm overall very happy with the Saber I received in the time frame it took. I just wish communication had been better when I had questions about the Saber before ordering.
