Waited over a month for the product. I had to harp on the customer service team to get any sort of response once I got my saber one of the panels for the emitter snapped off instantly. The sensitivity for waving the saber around is trash. It recognizes about 30% of the movements I make with the saber.
Love the Dorinian Saber. Looks even better in person. The pommel and emitter are awesome!

I've been buying from Ultrasabers for a while now, but a little bit ago I ordered a saber a d was very unsatusfied with the saber. It was still a high quality saber, but the saber was much larger than I had intended and decided to return it. A wrote an email and followed all of the return protocall. A few months later and they hadn't responded to my email, so I wrote a few norectimes and they never got back to me on my return and I now have a saber that I will not use because I don't want to damage it. I have loved all of their services until this issue.
I didn't get anything special, basic sound and nice hilt with a green saber. Perfect for my first saber. Next time I'll just order what I want, cause you get what you pay for either way.

The saber was of great quality, but was almost identical to one I had received in a previous mystery box I ordered. I guess that's to be expected.
The Fallen is a fine saber made for those fans who loves Star Wars and the Jedi Fallen order videogame. It's a has a Huge hilt, just like in the game, for big handed person or for a dual handed person style. I ordered fully combat ready (including the blade) and it feels ready for that. Made with fine materials, it probably can attain the rank of "an elegant weapon for a more civilized age" quote. It's a fine addition to any saber collection, A must have!
It hasn't even Showed up And I hope I can deal with it
I've shopped with Ultrasabers multiple times. They are always professional, create a great product, and if there is anything wrong with it, they are swift to fix the issue. I will continue to do business with them in the future both for myself and for gifts for others.
No communication whatsoever, took 9 weeks to arrive after 0 emails. Pretty disappointing because their products are really good
