Hilt and blade are very good quality! It is heavier than expected and so very bright! (Red) A slight problem I had was when swinging the saber, the battery inside of it would jiggle around and make noises. Other than that, I am absolutely pleased with Ultrasabers work.

Fantastic saber

I ordered the 'Butcher' Saber and I'm over the moon with it. It took far longer than the website mentioned but I ordered with international shipping while COVID-19 restrictions were still in place, so I was aware there would be a delay. Overall it's a gorgeous piece. In terms of size and weight, it's Heavier and longer than I expected, and can be a bit cumbersome and clunky to do spins and tricks with, but I'm using it mostly as a display and cosplay piece so I'm cool with it. Fantastic product that feels amazing to hold!

My three sabers (Archon, Apprentice, and Chosen One) are all amazing. I got each of them with all the bells and whistles- diamond sound, diamond controller, heavy duty blades, etc, so they're a little pricey but I couldn't be happier with them. The hilts themselves are very sturdy metal, and are pretty accurate representations of what we saw in the movies they're based upon. The sound effects are very good, as is the motion sensor system. I don't understand the science behind it... I just know it works. The construction and shipping took a little long (exactly two months) but world events (ie covid-19) played a role in this and I don't fault the company for that, and once they shipped, I got them within 3 days. The end result was worth the wait.

Also note that with the diamond system, you can change the color of the blade. It's not totally clear from the store website but it's true, and it'll come with a sheet telling you how to do it. It's very easy, and kind of neat when you change your mind and decide that you'd rather have purple instead of blue.

The only problem I really have is that I want more...

Except for the delivery time, (I understand completely as to why the delivery was late) this would be a complete 5/5. The quality of the product, is amazing! In a mater of 5 months, I have bought over $800 worth of lightsabers with no regret. My favorite is the LE Grand Master.

I made a total of 5 orders. 2 separate mystery boxes, an empty hilt, an emerald saber & a blade & coupler together. They never sent me my coupler I paid for with the blade I ordered. In one of my mystery boxes, the blade was bent irreparably. Other than those 2 hiccups, that I chalk up to Covid, I couldn't be happier! Sabers are SOLID! The sound & colors are great. They assemble them a lil haphazardly though. Luckily, I can disassemble & repair shorts, disconnected wires, etc. Please see this ultrasabers & send my quick release coupler! I've emailed y'all multiple times. Thanks.

The only reason for the 3 stars is because of their customer service, or lack there of. Their customer service leaves something to be desired along with their lead times. Going off their website I was expecting a 3-4 week lead time but when it surpassed that with no reply to phone call or email it became very frustrating and eventually the only way to get a response was to threaten to call my bank and file a fraudulent claim against them. The product is awesome but be prepared for quite the wait and very little correspondence if you have questions/concerns etc. While it may have taken 6 weeks my son couldn't be happier.

TLDR: Product is great, customer service is bad. Product is great and i feel like it was worth the 2 month wait but the customer service was horrendous. Around a month after i ordered my sabers i contacted them since it was around the date they were supposed to ship. I understood that it took extra time because of coronavirus but about 15 days late i contacted them again and still no response. I gave up with customer service and waited a total of 63 days

Ordered March 23rd, and checked my email every day until the order was completed on April 16th, then every day until it's arrival on April 21st. The Aeon LE v5 arrived wrapped tightly in bubble wrap, blade and batteries installed for immediate good-times. Wasted no time in swinging it around and making the noises, despite the saber already doing so. The Diamond controller is fantastic, genuinely loud enough to vibrate the hilt itself. Additionally, despite the fact that I purchased the heaviest blade for dueling, the emitter shines brightly, and can light up any room.

The only draw to the whole thing, was wondering the entire time if anyone had even received my order. I only received the confirmation email after the saber was already constructed, as it shipped the following day. There have been a slew of bad reviews recently, and I think that gap in communication is the main cause. I'm sure an extra automated email would be more than enough for most people.

Will definitely be going back to Ultra Sabers for my offhand saber soon.
