Great products that are exactly as advertised. Took a while to ship but covid has slowed a lot of things down. Overall this is an amazing company with amazing lightsabers.
Took awhile to get here, went over the 4 week wait period, however it is covid season so I can't complain too much. Item is awesome and I am very happy with it. Looks good, sturdy, durable, vibrant color, and has good weight to it.

I love, fits well and durable
My order arrived much quicker than I expected, as this was my first custom order from Ultrasabers. I was, and remain, very pleased with my saberstaff. It's held up incredibly well thus far. I only have 2 minor complaints. The first is that the standard (AAA) battery pack in each hilt doesn't fill the space inside as well as it should, and I needed to place something in between the battery pack and the pommel to keep it from sliding while moving the saber. My second, admittedly minor issue is that due to the placement of the LED assembly in one hilt, one blade ends up roughly an inch shorter than the other. All in all, though, I'm very pleased with my order and will likely order more in the future.
Good construction on the actual hilt body. But the internal electronics were not well made. The switch to activate the lightsaber came undone while trying to replace the batteries for the first time.
The lightsabers I ordered are even more amazing than I imagined! They are made extremely well and are perfect for either display or to use in practice. Will definitely buy another one soon!
Order arrived about 7 weeks late. No customer support, no response from Ultrasabers aside from automated responses and marketing emails. Very frustrating at the lack of communication from this company. Completely unprofessional.

The lightsaber is very nice and good quality, my only issue was the delivery time but that is understandable with the current state of the country. Overall positive shopping experience.
Shipping took over twice as long as they advertise. No updates to my order to let me know what was going on. Overall Poor customer service. Sabers are great though just not worth the cost and poor experience.
