When I placed my order in April I forgot to use the code for the free blade plugs. I immediately emailed customer service to tell them. I never received an email back. I followed up with two additional emails. I still have not heard from anyone there and I never received my free blade plugs for my sabers.
Product is of high quality, the LED as the batteries run out changes from blue to green which is a fun but unexpected feature. Overall I'll likely buy again from UltraSabers.

I'm very happy with the product. I wish I would have checked more reviews and info videos because I would have added the charging upgrade so I didn't have to remove the batteries as I believe over time the wire connections may wear out and require repair.

Exactly what I expected. Delivery was a little longer than I would have liked but considering I ordered during a nationwide quarantine I have zero complaints. The pricing reflects the high quality of product.
I love the lower prices, but the support experience is truly terrible. There needs to be a larger support staff and more communication.

I love Ultrasabers so much, when I need a simple or cheap high quality lightsaber, I can always fall back to Ultrasabers.
My first order I made on April 10 was good! Now I'm just having issues with the one placed on May 20th because I was given 0 updates on it and I'm leaving for FL soon. With my May 10 order, no one has been answering my phone calls or emails and it's worrisome.
Quick, easy and a great product.
The product I recieved was great, and shipping was decent. However, the customer service is not great. I've emailed them on multiple occasions and I'm still waoting on replies.

I bought a mystery box lightsaber and I received it on May the 4th (speedy delivery)! I actually opened it on May 5 (Revenge of the 5th), and when I ignited it, it was a Red lightsaber. I mean. If that's not awesome, I don't know what is. The quality is top notch, too!
Once the order is processed and shipped the saber only takes a few days to get shipped to you. Order does take too long to process in my opinion.
To all the people who complain, there is something big going on right now, they even specify the wait times! Ultrasabers is an awesome company! I get so excited watching other Youtubers making videos on them I have ordered from them about 2 or 3 times and love their sabers!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
