It took over 7 weeks to process the order, and I do understand that this is under unusual circumstances do to the corona virus. But, there was no communication was given about the delay during the time before shipping. That being said, I am very satisfied with the Saber and will most likely purchase more in the future.

I ordered my Saber and it arrived 6 days later shortly after the weekend.

I love the sabers but the one I got after like two three swings the tip came off.

A bit late with shipping but it is a cool saber, size can vary I think mine could be a little bigger but I just ordered a small one.

Worst customer service ever.

I ordered 3 lightsabers from you guys and they all came and work great. However I did put in the notes of the order where I wanted my clip connectors. It seems as those instructions were ignored. Other than that the blades are wonderful and work amazingly.

Emails take way to long to get back to me, phone number is never working, i ordered another lightsaber and it's been over a month and hasn't even shipped yet

Shipping time was long and the coupler does not fit the Saber
