It's very good just one thing it did not come with a thing that you can use to get the lightsabers together.

Amazing service and team, will work with you if any questions or concerns. I had concerns about my order right away someone was able to assist me thru email.

I ordered from Germany and it arived pretty fast besides that im very happy with my saber its a stunt saber and the color is right and all extras I wanted like the graving was there too. The only thing that you have to be carefull about is that you have to pay extra if it is shipped to another country.

FIrst set ordered may 10 and recieved june 10. Got email update when the order was sent plus tracking info. More or less about as well as expected considering the current crisis. Made second, larger order later and while it is moving on schedule did not recieve email update when order was sent, but tracking info was available on website.

The saber was awesome. May buy again if I want a $#*!o saber. Best lightsaber company in business. Great turnaround time.

The Website was very easy to use and I was very happy with my saber once it arrived. The only issue was the delivery time however it was worth the wait for such a cool saber.

I placed the order in April and just got the order in July. I emailed them numerous times for an update on my order and nothing ever came. A birthday present for my son ruined. I am not happy at all.

Cannot fault the item or the service I received. I made an error with my order which they were quick to rectify before shipping. Shipping was informative and fast and my item was well packaged. Really good craftsmanship and a brilliant saber.

Saber looks nice... but I chose the no windows in the emitter option. After waiting for 2 months to get my saber it turns out it wasn't even assembled right. Oh well.

It would have been nice to be notified of backorder before i have to contact customer service after a few weeks of the order saying processing. Otherwise it was a good experience. Im planning on ordering a $200 grabbag in the future.

I was very disappointed with the lead time. Took 6 weeks to receive my order after contacting customer service 3 times for updates. I was told 4 weeks.

However, the sabers are cool and I'm glad I finally got them. I would like to order a couple more but I won't be ordering anything until the lead times go back to normal. 4-6 weeks is way too long.

I ordered a lightsaber on May 4th (because of course) and there was a while where I didn't hear anything from them. I gave them some leeway because of the pandemic and sent them an email and soon got one with a tracking number. Today I got the lightsaber itself and it's super cool. Would've been five stars if it weren't for the delay.
