My quick release coupler took too long considering that it was a lightsaber part which I assumed would take less time, other than that i have some faith in Ultrasabers that hopefully they'll get back on track despite the pandemic

I ordered a Specter saber from Ultrasabers and within the specified time I received it, it is a fantastic piece for the collection.

Had a bit a bump during shipping but Ultrasabers took care of everything, and my lightsaber is gorgeous, I love. It's loud and bright, it was crafted so well. A+

Product is phenomenal, ship time and customer service were mediocre at best.

Took longer than i thought but well worth the wait!

Delayed several weeks over what was estimated. No response to emails.

Amazing products and fast turnaround! But virtually zero customer service beyond that, never heard back on any of my queries. There are worse tradeoffs for such quality tho!

I ordered parts after my sabers and my parts arrived sooner.

I ordered my saber on may 12 and I haven't gotten any updates since and it's been two months and I'm just upset and the communication between me and customer service is almost non existent and I've contacted them three times in the last week

Amazing experience especially considering everything with Covid

I ordered my sabers almost two months ago when they told me the shipping time should be about 15 - 20 days. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times only to get no response for over a month. I only received the sabers after contacting my bank and getting them involved. Sabers are cool, I expected some apology to come with it though since there was NO communication.

It was incredibly easy to order my Ultrasaber! I had no issues with my order, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the product itself is great quality! I would highly recommend ordering from Ultrasabers.

I don't blame Ultrasabers but shipping time took 2 months and 2 days. But customer service was great

When I put in my order, I didn't know when the product was coming so when I emailed customer service to ask, I never got a response back. I tried emailing both customer service and the shipping email, but never got a response back either time. I finally got my order a month ad a half later.

Fantastic service! Only issue was I never received a shipping confirmation email, I had to log in to my account to view tracking info and find out if my order had shipped.

Great saber but it took nearly two months to arrive :(
