I used Ultius for a paper that I waited too long to start on for my Masters class. I was a little hesitant as I have never used a service like this. It was really easy, I sent in the directions, sources I wanted to use and a brief description of what I wanted to include in the paper. My writer emailed me for clarification and I received my paper a day early. I got a 96% which is way better than I would have gotten if I were to have written it alone!

This is a scam, I had a deadline of a week and my writer claimed that they had "computer problems". That is not my fault, and the company should have handled that. I am yet to receive my $230 paper or get any sort of refund. I will absolutely never order again, nor should anyone else.

I use this site for all of my essays and assignments! I've gotten good grades on all of the essays they have written for me! You communicate directly with the writer, so there's no middle man. Definitely recommend!
I was assured that my order would have met my deadline but unfortunately it did not. Nonetheless, I received a pretty good paper just as I expected! Of course no one can be perfect, right? I highly recommended! I paid $150 for 3 pages but it was worth every penny
I have used this service twice now and both times the order came in WAY after the specified time frame. This would't have been so bad if they had given me a heads up that this would be the case. Instead i was assured that it would be available when I needed it, of course when the due date rolls around the writer stops all communication so I am in the dark waiting for my order not having enough time left to finish it myself because they gave no warning that it would be over 2 DAYS LATE

Regarding order 49416, you purchased a 24 hour delivery. Unfortunately, the instructions called for addressing the themes in a documentary and the documentary was not easily accessible because it was not available online. Thankfully, the writer was able to find another way, but it did cause a delay. As a tip, when using services such as ours, provide writers with every detail, including links to any videos or references that are not widely known.

I have spent hundreds on this service, and it worked well up until last week. That's where it all goes down hill. One major paper was purchased for upwards of $150 and a timeline was set. They did not deliver the paper until 4 hours after the timeline and I was forced to complete the assignment myself. As upset as I was, I wrote an email to the Refund department so to speak, I was told someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours. I assumed Ultius would stand behind their terms of use, and get my money back to me.
I figured this was probably an isolated event. I decided to order yet another paper, maybe they would redeem themselves. No, luck Late as well. Ultius cannot conform to it's own policies. I contacted Ultius via chat and was told they were short handed, this is neither my concern or my problem. I paid for a service and did not get what was promised or paid for. If you can't meet deadlines we pay for don't take the order. Period.
I predict litigation in ultius' future. I sure hope someone contacts me after this post, it will prove someone is doing their job.

I used this service to help with my college papers - they did a great job and I received great reviews from my professors!
I order a 24 hours paper, and the writer is not follow the instruction.
He gives me a garbage paper.
And the customer service said you need to wait for the 3 days revision, or you can pay extra money to get it in 6 hours.
Ultius is a garbage, don't try this one. If the writer makes some mistakes, it will not responsible for it.

I do understand it is frustrating, especially if clients offer detailed instructions. In the event a writer did not follow your instructions, we can always waive the expedited revision fee. All of our writers are independent contractors so we are legally obligated to give them three days to complete any revisions per their contracts. When clients need their revisions sooner than three days, we have to reassign the revisions, so we charge a small fee in order to compensate the revision writer.
