I have utilized Ultius twice now and plan to use them again real soon. Both times I received prompt service and received services that were far better than I received from other writing/editing sites. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a school paper, report, thesis, etc.
Please, if you are reading this and you are considering this site because you don't have time to write your paper: RUN AWAY. Try another website, but please don't waste your money I this. I regret it every single day. I wasted my savings in an important paper, and not only I will fail the course, but I feel horrible because I've been saving money for a long time. The writer didn't follow my instructions, I told him to tell me the topic before starting to write because I needed to check with my instructor. He told me the topic 2 days before the deadline, and the paper was already finished. Of course, I knew this would happen: the topic didn't make any sense, and the paper was just all over the place. It should have been a research proposal but it was just a bunch of scientific articles summarized. I'm so disappointed.

This company is totally scam. They are not willing to make any changes on the wrong format. After waiting 5 days for revision. They will just tell you sorry theres nothing we can do. You have to place a new order... STAY AWAY!
I was just on the phone with tech support and the TS name was Christopher. He was very rude. When I called and tried to speak to him, he hung up on me. I tried calling him back and he had turned the phones off so no in coming calls could come in.
I then tried chatting with him. He didn't know who I was and again he was very rude. I can't believe Ultius has this guy representing them on their tech support team. He is not a team player and could ruin their business with his attitude.
Just because of this guy, I would not recommend that you deal with Ultius at all. He is a very nasty and hateful person.
I'm not even going to give them 1 star. He ruined that for Ultius as far as i am concerned.

I am positive that was not his intention because we value our customers and strive to provide tremendous client support. At certain points in the day or evening, we often have one person handling the calls, chats, and emails, so he or she may get a little frazzled when it is busier than projected. I had nothing but problems with this company from the first draft on. At first they seemed very pleasant and professional. HOWEVER, as soon as the draft was presented and I took issue with the fact that the paper was to be written for a college level course and it was on a 4th grade level, everything went down hill quick. This company is a total scam. They do not stand behind their work, they do not guarantee their work, they do not have qualified writers, and they are rude and unprofessional. IT is astonishing.

Costumer support is very friendly and helpful! Papers are completed on time! Which is very important. As to the quality of writing, I must say that their writers definitely speak English, an obvious requirement when your writing an English paper, you would think, but not for most other sites. I would not qualify their writing as top-scale but it is not poor quality either. You can call it a happy medium. They are pricey but they wont make you want to pull every hair on your head compared to other sites that undoubtedly do, specially when your on a last minute call.
I lead a very busy life and found myself literally the day a paper was due and needed assistance getting it completed. Long story short, I contacted Ultius after reading their reviews on BBB.com and low and behold I am super impressed! The process was flawless! I took 2 minutes max to fill out the information and to tell them what I needed. I requested a turn around time of 6 hours. I had a few questions in the meantime and was able to get a live representative on the phone (we all know that in this day in age that is rare)! Brittany was SO patient and nice. She was able to answer all of my questions and even followed up with me via live chat. I also did a quick live chat with Rosalie as I had a question about my final paper. I have tried a few other sites that offer the same services, but most didn't meet my standards or my schools. When using other websites for a job I would get foreign writers and it was obvious, so I was skeptical of Ultius, at first, even though they said they have American writers, but after my first order that skepticism went away because they were as advertised and I was satisfied with the job!
I'm actually a pretty decent writer so I can recognize quality work. I am a single mother and am always short on time. I was incredibly worried about hiring a company to write my paper for me. There are so many poor reviews online for writing services. Many services are overseas or use a "cut and paste" approach. My main priority was ensuring there was no plagiarism on my paper. A well written paper is great, but not if gets you into trouble with your school. I am happy to say that my paper was well written, timely and un-plagiarized. My writer was in contact with me constantly. It's not cheap but it is worth every penny.
They took my money then they said we looking for writer and I Failed my 4 essays 2 coz of they didn't find a writer and no refund and the other 2 I failed coz of the poor writing I got 17% on the first essay and 22% on the other one

You could ask abortion clinics that perform late-term abortions how they could perform such a service.
