Ordered product and nothing ever came. First they say it is backordered, then shipped, then backordered again. Then they say it shipped but got lost, then they stop responding. Thieves is what they are.

My son loves his football kit purchased from here especially as they personalise football shirts. Good communication. Orders came promptly with the exception of some socks which have been delayed for a while due to out of stock.

Very good quality products. Packaged well.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM UKSS! This group is not a good place to purchase an item. I purchased a jersey and selected specific options for the jersey. They sent me the wrong item completely. Then began the month long BS email exchange with Kelly and other members of their so called customer service. I followed all their instructions and still have not been refunded. They of course don't have a number to call as they don't want to help anyone even when they make the mistake from the start. They "refunded me $8.33 for $192.00 jersey. At which point every single email exchange from then on became an insult with zero help. I sent back the jersey with tracking to show it was delivered as requested and they still continued to jerk me around with one sentence, vague responses. This is an absolutely terrible company and does not deserve your business. I have had to contact my bank for the refund as they are now pretending they didn't receive the return. Source your products else where! You've been warned!

Most of the items on this website are on ‘back order' as they call it. You can wait weeks or months for your items if you even get them at all. This is wrong as it not specified at time of purchase and makes you think items are available when they are not. They cannot even give you a rough date of when you might receive the order. Only order from here if you like waiting!

I paid for next day delivery before realising that if its a printed football shirt they can't do next day. These delivery exceptions should be clear at the point you select delivery options or you should at least be prompted to read the exceptions first.

Item received over a week later but was exactly as described, great quality and I'm absolutely made up with it! (especially considering this was the only place online that I could find selling what I wanted). Defo recommend, just check delivery exceptions before ordering. In the companies defence I didn't complain, i just took the hit, maybe they would have refunded for delivery, who knows?

I ordered a manchester united home shirt of Ronado 7. Shipping time was 8 days. But hopefully i am expecting it to arrive it by tomorrow. Decent service overall.

Never received my item after 2 months and they are not answering to issue my refund, avoid at all costs!

Awful awful awful customer service - a thief company! Have never encountered such experience before. Still waiting for my delivery …WILL take you to court…deserves a 0 star if I could.

I bought a non-specific Bradford City shirt which I must admit is much better quality than the official merchandise made by AVEC/NIKE. Someone at the club needs to be pointed in the direction of this company for the official kit supply.

I usually take a L so ordered a L but the shirt that came is a little tight and so should probably have ordered an XL apart from that it's a nice shirt and good quality

Ordered Scotland top on a Saturday night with printed name and number. Didn't arrive on next day delivery which I paid for but arrived within a few days so no complaints really. Good quality. Would recommend.
