Took a chance on these and was very pleased. Ordered fabric swatches which came quickly. Had 3 custom made dresses which arrived in good time. Great colour and quality. A few minor alterations required such as strap length but very pleased with service and delivery. For some reason my card was charged twice ( my error) but this was quickly resolved. Would recommend

It was a month to my wedding and the COVID_19 pandemic made it impossible to get my then dream dress. I cried out my eyes thinking I might not get married in a wedding dress. I was almost depressed (I know I sound dramatic but I was looking forward to this one day)
I decided to check online as a last resort, and I came across the Milly Bridal website. I was initially shocked at the price and very was hesitant for obvious reasons. However, I went ahead to have a chat with one of the staff online and I was replied kindly and instantly! The welcoming replies made me relax a bit and somewhat trust them.
I ordered my dress and stated in the order description that the sizes needed some adjustments for me because the size chart online wouldn't fit me completely. I was almost immediately contacted on my phone and was asked to take my measurements, and guided on how to take them correctly, I was listened to, everything I said was considered kindly, plus I didn't need to pay to have it customised to my size or what I wanted! I was extremely surprised!
I ordered my shoes and some accessories from the website as well.
I got my order in about 3 weeks, and when it arrived my heart was beating really fast at first.
As soon as I opened it, and tried them on, I couldn't believe it! IT WAS PERFECT! It actually looked better On me than it did online. I called my Mum and sister immediately and showed them! They were soooooo happy.
Prior to getting my dress I had been been quite unhappy because we've had to change a lot about the wedding due to the pandemic but, having my dress now I can't wait!
