Have disputed my purchase through the credit card company. DO NOT BUY.

COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY GUT FEELINGS FROM THE ON SET. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. EVEN IS YOU GET THE PRODUCT (UGGS) THEY ARE NOT THE REAL THING.

THANK YOU TO ALL! You have saved me a future full of headaches & aggravation. Sorry you had to deal with such "DISHONESTY", i'll review Site Jabber prior to making any and all purchases...

I did receive the boots today - I was surprised. Never got a email confirmation that the order was received or shipped. They actually look nice. But still a little suspect by the lack of communication from seller.

I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. I knew there was something fishy about this website! Ugh... guess I'm gonna have to wait to dispute since I just purchased boots not too long ago =(

I too believe this site to be fraudulent. Fortunately, I used PayPal to make my purchase! I have filed a claim with them and included this site so that they could see for themselves the problems others are having with uggsonsaler.com.

My mother got scammed trying to buy ugg boots for my neice. They told her that the boots did not go through customs, and that they would send another pair. Since then, they are not responding to her requests for the boots and her request for a refund. This has been going on since NOVEMBER! Fortunately she used her credit card so they can deal with this sleezy company. DO NOT BUY!

TOTALLY FRAUDULENT WEBSITE! Soon as I entered my credit card info the website turned suspicious. I never received a confirmation number, trakcing number, NOTHING. Now I have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Do NOT BUY!

Horrible! This website is a knockoff ugg website, as I've purchased from here, and I got no reply when I tried to cancel, they have poor language. Just stay away, unless you want some Chinese guy to steal your money, and confidence.

DO NOT BUY! They are fake. Website claims full refund if not satisfied and now they won't give me a return address and are saying they can't refund the item. They are saying I can purchase another pair at a discount!
