I ordered a pair of boots from this website two weeks ago, received a tracking number about a week ago, and finally got my boots today. They are cheap counterfeits. I recommend filing a complaint online to your attorney general. My dad called the attorney general's office this morning and they said I will most likely get my money back in a couple weeks. This website is awful. I really wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Good luck to anyone else dealing with this, too!

Horrible! This website is a knockoff ugg website, as I've purchased from here, and I got no reply, no confirmation email to follow. But at last I received my UGGS (DEFECTIVE, RIPPED FROM STITCHES.). Website claims full refund if not satisfied and now they won't give me a return address and are saying they can't refund the item. They are saying I can purchase another pair at a discount! They send me the link to pay again and they will send new pair. –AS In reality they send us defective UGGS shoe pair, I don't know if we will get again defective pair or not at all any shoe... I never received a confirmation number, tracking number first time so no way to return item for a refund or contact them.

I do not know that I can disputing w/ my credit card company? But I'll try with my credit card co. To find out if i get refund (my money back). I am filing complaint w/ FBI@ https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx

Well i did order these boots on the 9th of DECEMBER. I did not read the reviews before I got them as I should of. Weird thing on the 24th I received the box in the mail from China... really thinking they were probably fake or knock offs. I'm still not sure if they are. But i went to a site that helps you spot fake ones. And i researched what they told me to look for and these boots seem like real UGG boots... I guess only time will tell unless i take them into a UGG RETAILER TO KNOW FOR SURE. BUT IN MY EYES PAY THE EXTRA DOLLARS SO YOU KNOW YOU'LL BE GETTING REAL ONES.

I just bought uggs from this company lastnight got suspicious after the weird email response asking me to pay for my boots a second time. Emailed both emails i have asking to cancel order. I guess I am going to have to wait and see what happens next. How can people do this to other people its disgusting. This was an expensive venture for me and now i'm looking at chasing around money for awhile before anything happens. Will keep everyone updated wish me luck and good luc kto all of you fighting

As of 12/31 2weeks since my order no boots 2 different tracking numbers one delivered to michigan the other still in shanghai since 12/22. They keep saying theya re coming won't give me a return address. I've filed a dispute with paypal don't know where that will go. Don't buy from this people

Watch out for this people. Their website doesn't comfirm your order until they take your money from your card or account. There is no way of finding out if your payemnt went through or not unitl they send you a message saying they had shipped your order. There is no way to contact them, no phone, only email. It take them a whole day for them to return your emails. Very unresponsive. I ended up with two pairs of the same shoes, ended paying twice the amount of money. Their reponse to my email is a broken record of "sorry we already shipped that order." This people have a great scam going where you could end up with loosing lots of money. Please don't order form them.

I as all the other reviews am so mad at myself for ordering from this website. I felt suspicious after I clicked the payment button. I had read reviews after I ordered and immediately e-mailed the company to say I wanted to cancel the order. Of course, they are saying the boots have been shipped and a tracking # is on the way, so I can't cancel the order. Well, that was days ago and no #. I did report it to my credit card company and Paypal. I also reported it to econsumer.gov. I know this company won't respond to paypal in the time they need to, so am hoping I will get my money back then. I have e-mailed the company numerous times about my disatisfaction and they keep telling me the boots have been shipped and they are still waiting for the tracking # and that it will take 7 business days to be shipped. You should read the e-mails I am getting back... you can tell it from the words of whoever is typing the e-mail that they are Asian. They do not answer any of my concerns and accusations, only to keep telling me the boots are on the way.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. They need to get shut down as all they are doing is taking peoples money and running!

I have rec'd my boots today {12/26} they r real and i love them. I don't know y it is so hit /miss w/this seller unless he is just starting up his business and needs some time. I still would be wary as the site doesn't have secure status and the delivery time was way off. Good luck to everyone else.

Please stay away. I was "alittle" suspicious but on the 13th when i ordered i didn't find any negatives :( now i am positive it's a scam. So much trouble trying to cx {never could} and then report to paypal and CC. Please, please buyer beware.

Same thing that happened with jenny c. Happened with me. I got suspicious right away - no email confirmation, no tracking #. If i log into site, nothing shows ordered on my acct. I contact my credit card today and advised them. Just sick about this - i always check contact info on sites before i give out my credit card - but i got really happy about the prices - christmas presents for my girls. Please, please, everyone stay away from this site!

My mother ordered from this website and she was prompted in the confirmation email to follow a link to pay for the ugg boots, she just purchased! This website is a scam. I have been emailing the company and they refuse to let me cancel my order when i just placed it! If you have trouble here is the main email that i just actually got a response from.

I have been emailing him all day and when i asked to cancel he just told me don't worry they will be there before christmas! Any one have any idea who we can contact to get this site shut down to avoid more scam on american citizens.!?
