Been using for long time very satisfied with help and service

I bought two slots for the partner event but was a part of a segregated group that did not get the partner event but another event. I requested a refund but haven't heard anything.

Terrible business practice, inform them and account has been banned before they updated their terms and conditions, provided proof for reason I could not contact them earlier, provided proof I hadn't even played on the account for 2 hours before it was banned. Terrible customer service, refusal to answer messages and emails. Do not recommend them. Had to wait 4+ hours for my account.

Unfortunately this game service provider takes you money and does not complete there portion. This group was good in the past but now is not

Scammers the delivery guy didn't complete the order and when i talked to the support team they did NOTHING the delivery guy send them obvious duplicate photos for the trade which he didn't complete and the live support did NOTHING also the delivery guy wasn't replying at all (live support=discord) same guy they have no crew they are friends so good luck if you have a problem.

I talked to live chat about a missing card I couldn't prove it because the pic wouldn't upload so she just said well I don't know then I spent $16 on cards and I always use them so to be treated like that was unfair and she was very rude and I'm uploading pics of the convo and where. I tired to upload the proof she asked for

BUYER BE AWARE these people are scammers. I bought the avenger racer carry for 6 accounts in our family. If you don't know the racers is similar to partners where it is you and 3 people that in my case I purchased with a guaranteed 1st place. Well this morning at 4:56 am a bunch of buyers and I received an email that all their accounts were banned from monopoly and therefore they could not finish the event. First of all this is a complete scam and not truthful because with my purchases alone this means that 18 of their accounts got banned then you need to multiply by all the other buyers that were in this email chain. So it's a lie a complete lie that every single one of their accounts were banned that's one and two nobody got a refund like they promised and three so many of us missed out on key milestones such as a new token, a new shield, a wild card, tons of dice rewards, and other rewards such a in game money all of which many of us relied heavily on. This is something none of us can ever get again in the game. You cannot get ahold of customer service through their chat and when you do they disconnect you. Aside from the non delivery yesterday ahead of the event when we were joining teams the whole partner team I purchased left me so I had to scramble and beg them to answer me to get me a team. I will go as far as I can with this company because they are liars, scammers and didn't even attempt to make it right with what all of us missed out on. I will be reaching out to monopoly so not only do they get their accounts shut down but I will make sure the company is shut down because they are no good! I only wish I could include all the email screen shots here of these scam artists in action! While I might not be able to do it here I will post elsewhere!

And a recent update to prove their lies one of the "banned" partners I was assigned was not banned and still playing I have screen shot proof!

Got 2 accounts was banned the next day they wouldn't refund / replace them and I went through hell just to be banned on live chat and in their discord server because I called them scammers

Absolutely garbage! Gave me the wrong order and then hung up on chat with me because didn't want to deal with it. Wanted me to track down the guy that gave me the stuff and send it back, first off not my job to track your people down (YOUR JOB) not mine! I'm also not gonna just send stuff to someone not in front of me and not get what I ordered in exchange. AND THERE CHAT SERVICE SUCKS! Leave you sitting there for ever!

Your email used for U4GM is not secure, in fact they share it with over a hundred other people for every order you make, effectively doxxing your phone number, IP Adress, name, contacts, education, country, and employment to anyone that recieves the email. They do not deliver on their orders as well, and they have the audacity to remove all the negative reviews on their site, and make bot reviews on other sites as well. Report to Better Business Bureau and move on.

I was going to buy another. Gta modded account, as I really enjoyed setting up another character. But not anymore as my whole account just got banned after less than two weeks.

I was literally about to buy a third modded account from them but as I was doing so, (coincidentally?) The 2 acc.s I bought just two weeks ago were banned by r* permanently.

I had all my friends added my game fully set up hundreds of hours game play in a very short time. And now its all gone.

Not happy at all and safe to say I won't be buying any more.

This site is a total scam, they are willing to steal from disabled people and provide no support at all.

Monopoly go. Stickers are delivered pretty quick. Partner events. They book and sell more than they can handle and refuse to accept their cannot fulfill their guarantee. And refuse to give refund after failing to fulfill their commitment. They guarantee 1-24 hour to complete partner event. 48 hours later only 20% of the event is done. Yet they take 100% of the money up front. Do NOT recommend.

I ordered 3 things and they gave me 2 of the 3 then marked my order as complete and I complained about not getting everything they were really toxic to me. Showed me proof it was complete but they only showed 2 items I said yes where is the third and they said it's all complete please go now. Then later I show them they didnt give me all they said sorry but it says complete nothing to do. $#*! them scammers!

First I bought vcs for NBA 2k24 and on their site it's saying that it's 100% not bannable, I was waiting 3 days for my vc and when I got it I got ban after like 2 hours or smth like that. Then I couldn't get any refund, they suggested they can give me 2800 v bucks for my Fortnite account except so I agreed to this cause I play Fortnite sometimes. Of course I didn't get any v bucks and they're not replying to my message, it's good that I gave them my 2nd account for Fortnite without any skins so they didn't stole my acc. Scam LOL
