I bouth a tyre in december, I received late and one item was damaged, I being talking tk them for a month, they requested me to pay 35 euros, what I did, and still not getting support. Hope somebody have a representative in europe or Ireland. I don't recommend using this website

Shocking service from this company. I paid extra for warranty on the tyre I bought. When I tried to make a claim, which I was entitled to, they rejected it without any explanation. I chased them for weeks just to get some information for why it was refused and each time they would not tell me. Avoid using them

Have had an issue with a continental tyre bought from these crooks,tyre has a manufacturers fault and cannot be balanced, tyreleader expect me to pay a further 35 euro for an examination of the tyre to determine if they will refund my money.steer clear of these robbers

IE-0424-******* can i cancel or ammend this order that i placed today as i ordered run flats instead of non run flats. I wish to cancel/ammend order before shipping. Still awaiting reply from your ticket service

Absolutely terrible company trading in Ireland but registered in Andorra so outside EU laws and they know it.

I placed an order on the website. Delivery is indicated in 72 hours, 5 days have passed, the stop is still on the way (written on the dpd website)! The support service for this site is not working. The robot answers, which is impossible to achieve. Order number *******! Please contact and explain the situation!.

Got Demo tyres advertised as "New condition". Got well used tyres - I mean well used. I ordered Continental tyres - so I hoped - premier brand- you'd think. Those Two tyres were like butter soft - I got two punctures within one week. I was hopeful though- as I got Warrant To replace punctured tyre! In fact- that does NOT happen. They refused the claim! No explanation. No reply to queries. You pay for puncture warranty, you get a Puncture in tyre and warranty replacement gets refused! I got a puncture on a stone - that's how bad the tyres were in the first place. Within day of them being fitted on the car. Impossible to contact them - you get generic replies by their "submit ticket" -but you can not actually get anywhere or speak with anyone. I kept sending pictures of puncture, tyre numbers- all that you need for warranty claim! I ended up with Two useless tyres with punctures that can not be fixed. They lasted a well! Money down the drain! Very disappointed and upset. Bad experience. A lot of drama- a lot of time. A lot of stress.

I paid a warranty on my tyres said they will replaced if puncture within a year. I got a puncture 6 months after buying the tyres. They do not replace its an won't respond to my emails just said " "your warranty is refused" no explanation after sending in pics what they asked for.Its a joke of a company don't buy off them or pay for a warranty cause they won't replace the tyres.They asked me to send pics off the tyres which i did after bringing car to tyreland and they said ive a slow puncture their was a tiny bit of glass in it causeing it to leak air. They get all their customers to pay for warranty and don't stand by whats on their website.They are based in Andorra and I have contacted the European Justice website and I will be taken legal action. If they keep doing this to all their customers they will get away with it. Also I have contacted online Dispute Resolution and they said they will also be in touch with this company. Dont be scammed they won't replace your tyres if you pay a warranty.

Ordered Continental tyres but demo ones. They sent tracmax all season Chinese crap. Ticket system is useless, you only get 1 answer a day if you are lucky. So it took ages for them to say just order them again, and pay again! Not actually replacing my order which what I actually ordered. Eventually my car had to go and get tested, and without tyres I had to use what was sent to get the car on the road. So I asked for a partial refund even though I don't want these tyres on my car. They have refused this! So I've over payed big time for crap Chinese tyres. Totally pissed off. Looking at a chargeback now. Never ever again tyreleader how dare you! Order no IE-1023-*******. IE-1023-*******

They sent me somebody else's order. They don't stock the correct product anymore, but refuse to give me a refund for the incorrect order they sent to me

WE PURCHASED TWO TYRES FOR OVER 400 EURO, AS WE WERE TOLD TYRES SHOULD BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 2-4 WORKING DAYS -IT IS NEVER HAPPEND! FEW DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WE HAVE RECEIVED DPD TRACKING NUMBER WHICH CAN'T BE RECOGNISED BY DPD CUSTOMER DESK AND WE WERE TOLD AT DPD THE TRACKING NUMBER IS INVALID. WE HAVE CONTACT THIS POOR SERVICE COMPANY TO EXPLAIN THIS SITUATION BUT WE JUST RECEIVED FROM THEM TRACKING NUMBER WHICH IS MORE LIKELY FAKE, AND NO EXPLANATIONS ABOUT DELIVERY TIME, THEIR CUSTOMER DESK DOIESNT EXIST, WE HAVE JUST ONLY FEW MESSAGE FROM THEM AND THEY STOP REPLY, WE HAVE NOTICED SOME PEOPLE WORKING IN THEIR OFFICE IS LEAVING FAKE GOOD FEEDBACK AT SOME WEBSITES,T YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THEY BEHAVE THEMSELVES LIKE SCAMMERS, WE HAVE BEEN IN TOUCHED WITH SOME TYRE SERVICE IN IRELAND RECOMMENDED BY THERI WEBSITES AND ALL FEEDBACK WAS BAD! THESE TYRE SERVICE POINTS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM! WE HAVE CONTACT AND OPEN CASE IN OUR BANK SERVICE PROVIDER TO CANCELL PAYMENT AND REFUND US MONEY WE HAVE SPENT AT THIS PURCHASE, DON'T LOOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, THEY HAVE A REALY BAD FEEDBACK!

I still have not received my tyre which I ordered on 21 April - 2.5 weeks ago! Tyreleader sent me the wrong tyre and I filed the ticket for this 12 days ago, and since then tyreleader have told me nothing about the correct tyre being sent, only empty promises that "customer care will respond to you in 24-48 hours" - LIES, LIES, LIES! I have sent many messages on their website and also emails with all the pictures requested, a ticket filed on the website, EVERYTHING, and still NOTHING from this company but empty promises. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and CRIMINAL to do business like this!

Horrendous customer service. Tried to cancel order within 10mins of ordering and it was still processed and shipped out eventhough I cancelled before processing began! And will charge me €25 per package to post back!

I ordered the wrong tyres... no refund forthcoming.
They have obstructed at every opportunity in the returns process, so after 3 months I have contacted my credit-card company to do a chargeback against this cowboy outfit.
Horrendous customer service... if things go wrong.
Avoid at all costs.

Tyre delivered with fault, hole in sidewall. My mechanic said in his opinion it was dirt on the tyre mold during manufacturing that caused it. Tyre Leader's response was frankly disgusting. They refused to acknowledge any responsibililty, demanding I send the tyre to the manufacturer at my own expense, pay for it to be examined, at which point they would presumably refund me. They told me this process might take months. Absolutely disgusting organisation, it is not worth buying from them, trusting them, to save one or two euro over their competitors.

BAD BAD BAD, after ~15K the tires are worn, driving in wet conditions impossible. Worst experience ever. Now they have changed the Tyre-Rating on their website - hence their standard response when trying to get the tires sent back was just a lie. I have screenshots to prove that TL have cheated on their website with wrong information provided. A-Rating instead E-Rating makes big times a difference! Never again buying tires online thanks to my experience about dealing with Tyreleader and the quality of the tires received.
