Paid 247 euro for 4 tyres got wrong size and I was refused and returned, I was charged 120 euro! Avoid them.

I bought 4 wheels (a complect/set) of MAM A4 R16 KBA ******* wheels at riepulideris.lv – tyreleader.ie for my brand new car that I wanted to use as an winter wheel set. I got wheels MAM A4 fitted with new tyres (Sailun), got them balanced and fited on a brand new car. Unfortunatelly as it turned out one of the wheels made car vibrate, because it is defected - it vobles massively from side to side in "8" and has a height diferences from center.
Tyreleeder refused to change the damaged wheel. Asked me for a 35€ deposit if I send the wheel back to them, which by it self would not be a problem. The only option provided by Tyreleader customer service was a refund for only one wheel, which was not an option, I ordered a 4 wheel set (and it is not possible to order additional wheel in Tyreleader any more with same parametres). Besides when I asked to speak with higher manager to solve the problem the respons was, this is the last time we respond to you. The only option to contact customer service is to write to them through their website and they can ansver after a day or a week or not answer at all - which is what they did and are still doing. There is no phone number, no nothing - the worst customer service in the world.
I will write reviews in other sites where it is possible to attach printscreens with tyreleaders customer service response.
P.s. Tyreleader responded to my previous review in french! Really! I am writing in english and somehiw it seems to them ligical to respond in french! And which more wors - never read the complaint, where they offered to contact customer service, which I alredy did and that is the reason why I am writing this complaint!
