Ordered more than a month ago and still not received item. Emailed them asking for a refund and continue to receive replies offering me discount for them to send another. When I asked for refund they say they will be charging me a restocking fee and return postage fee! I have never received the item so how can they charge restocking and return postage?! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY! ZERO STARS.

Product does not work like they show in the fancy video. It is very flimsy and does not remove wax. Customer service is extremely difficult to contact for a refund. I am on my second attempt with no reply.

The tornado-like tip is made of soft silicone that effectively removes my earwax. It has to be used with a technique to make it more effective. Inserting and rotating gently- clockwise did the trick for me. I usually do it twice a week, usually after bathing.

I ordered a Tvidler, and I accidentally mashed a button I wasn't supposed to. I added an extra handle by mistake. Upon realizing my error, I got on their chat line, and texted with one of their agents. This was 5 minutes after placing my order. She said a request had been sent to their warehouse to modify the order, but she could not guarantee that the warehouse would receive the request before shipping the product. Then she basically tried to get rid of me by asking if there was anything else she could help me with. This was a horrible joke in my mind, because she had already failed to help me with a very simple, straightforward request. I could see that the chat agent was a dead end, so I thanked her for pretending to help me, and ended the chat session. The next day, I got a notice informing me that my order was on its' way. Normally, I would have been thrilled to receive such prompt service, but in this case, not so much. It was as if they had put a rush on the order so I wouldn't have time to change it. They made sure to point out that I can't change the order now, and I have to pay for postage and a 15% "remorse fee" if I want a refund. I'm going to file a dispute with PayPal, and see if they can't help me nullify the transaction, but I'm skeptical that they will be able to assist me with these scam artists. Horrible company! The customer service is a complete joke!

Cleaning my ears has never been this convenient. I find the design so unique that I bought 2 right away for a gift. Great workmanship.

Was able to remove a pretty amount of ear eax with its very soft silicone spiral tip. Twistng counterclockwise worked well for me. Did it after bath too, as advised. Great product.

After you check out, they'll add extra items to your order and then refuse to refund you. It's an absolute scam, so please do not buy from them.

The item itself is essentially just as useful as cotton bud, no better or worse. Their business practices are abhorrant though and people providing paid for reviews and affiliate articles should honestly be ashamed of themselves.

Tvidler ear cleaner works just fine. The silicone head did well in cleaning my ears. Features are effective. I recommend.

I received my product about 6 weeks late and it just doesnt work at all - got it 3 or 4 days ago and tried it - it sucks! Called customer service twice first time disconnected and 2nd time was told IF THE PRODUCT IS SIMPLY TRIED there is No returns - Gaslit situation - so im calling my bank and warning others of their service, unspoken rules and complete silliness - DONT purchase unless youre into placebo effects.

Tvidler is safe and has a good quality. It cleans the ears very well and it comes with a very good price. Quality is also great.

It's useful, I like the way it is designed to clean my ears. The soft silicon tip is just perfect for my ears. Two-thumbs up!

I like the fact that tvidler can be cleaned and is reusable. It comes with 6 silicone spiral heads so each family member can have his own head, great idea for for hygiene pruposes.

DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered two items and they sent me six. Not only do I have to pay postage to return the unwanted items - to Lithuania! But they want 15% restocking fee. They are crooks. They don't even deserve ONE star.
