This product does absolutely nothing. It can't even come close to touching your actual base of your ear where any wax is. It is very very soft and absolutely useless and they will not except returns even immediately! Bad customer service! Horrible… they say if you used it you cannot return it! Oh my gosh. Do not buy this product!

Purchased directly from the Tvidler website. Received item, tried on 2 people, not a speck of wax removed. This likely because it's silicone and nothing sticks to it. Requested refund within 1 day of receiving, Tvidler refused to refund because it was opened; despite it's 30 day money back guarentee. I told them they could do the right thing and refund or I would report them to the Fraud Department & post numerous honest (negative) reviews. They didn't care and refused to refund.

This product is a useless gadget. Positive reviews are paid for reviews or affliates.

Also notice how after every negative review they say "You are a valued customer... please provide your name, order number, email" appearing to want to resolve? Once they know who posted the negative review, they then use it to spam you!

PS - Unlike this dishonest company, I've kept my word and reported them to 3 Government agencies and posted numerous honest (negative) reviews!

Tvidler works as advertised. I am satisfied with its quality and its functionality. Comes with spare heads too that is useful for the other family members.

I use this in my child who is 10yo. It is practically safe since its design won't allow it to go deeper into the sensitive area of the ears. It is made of silicon so it's soft and easy to use.

It arrived quickly and it was well-packaged. Material is very soft, thus, very safe to use in the ears. Totally recommend this, it works!

Tvidler is an easy product to use. Was able to remove a chunk of wax out of my ears. Wasn't painful at all. Very convenient to use.

So far, I am satisfied. Maybe I do not have the amount of wax buildup as I assumed however I must say it was soft to the touch which is fabulous for moms who wish to clean their kids ear. Overall for the price I am very comfortable with the product and it had a lot of replacement parts.

It is my first time to use Tvidler and the effect is very good. I don't have to worry about it hurting my ears because it has a soft texture and can clear my earwax. I just love using it so much!

I will not use this company again. When I was placing my order, the company accepted it prior to the last step of confirming payment. I contacted them to cancell the order within a few hours, and was told that the customer person person I spoke with could do nothing except forward the request. I thent received this email. "A new ticket has been created according to your request. Within 1-2 hours, your ticket will be assigned to one of our dedicated Customer Support Agents. As soon as it is assigned, you will receive a separate notification via email". The following morning, I received this message: "Since your order has already been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. Once the tracking number is uploaded, you will receive an email confirmation". I was provided with information about returning item for a refund minus shipping costs and a 15% fee, or a 15% discount for an item that I tried to cancel. It is difficult to believe that an item was dispatched within few hours of the order that I did not confirm in the first place. Finally, the item does not do what it promised. I will not use tvidler again.

I recommend this because it was able to remove earwax out. Do it slowly and regularly after bath to get the best results.

Yes I just threw the box and everything away in the garbage. What a scam of a product! It doesn't get deep into your ear, it doesn't grab any wax and it's just a ridiculous waste of money!

Tvidler works! But please take note that you have to still be careful as you could damage your ears, but this works exactly how it was advertised and it's better than cotton buds! I cleared my ears with it no problem. I recommend this.

I purchased this product and it did not work at all. Return shipping to Lithuania was $65 - tracking required- so it is more expensive to return it and they will not provide prepaid shipping. Guarantee is a scam.

Despite the experience I had, I still consider Tvidler an effective little ear cleaner. My right ear was blocked for over 2 weeks and made me feel so unbalanced and frustrated. I don't think you are meant to remove all the wax in your ears, and I must admit I did make my ear bleed inside just a little so take it easy! I would say that using otex express ear drops for 4/5 days before using the tool definitely helped as the wax was more pliable and therefore easier to remove with the tool.

Tvidler's an amazing tool and really meets all expectations, simple to use and is a great way of keeping those spuds out of your ears! I recommend since it works well for me!

I prefer using this ear cleaning tool over qtips. My ears are cleaner and it's so easy to use. Delivery was within committed number of days. So all good for me.
