I got YouTube TV for the NFL season and I pay my bill on time. Every two weeks they are trying to take money out my account stated that my bill needs to be paid. I just canceled my subscription with YouTube. Not good provider.
I called customer service to try and avoid getting my service paused. I knew my payment was going to be late, and I was informed that I had until the next day. I got home from work that evening, then was watching my favorite show, which I had recorded and guess what? They shut me off right in the middle of the show! I was so upset because I had been lied to by the customer service person. I will not go back to that service again!
Youtube was made to get rid of the cable tv formula, Why on gods green earth do we need another cable tv program spearheaded by the company that makes comcast look generous.
I HATE YouTube TV and the ONLY reason I have it is because it is the only tv provider where I can get NFL Ticket. The app is extremely confusing to use. You know how sometimes you are watching a show but want to browse the guide to see what else is on at the same time? Well you can't do that with this app. It is extremely overpriced and if you have additions on your package, they are billed separately. I have to pay the $75 for my NFL Ticket ten days before I pay the $73 for my base package. Why not charge both in one transaction? I will only be using YouTube TV during football season, and then my subscription will be cancelled.
I enrolled in YouTube TV and immediately they started charging me twice. I filed a dispute, which they denied, saying they weren't charging me twice. I'm smart enough to know when my bank account is being charged twice. I tried canceling but they would only pause my account which doesn't solve the problem because in 3 months they'll start charging me twice again. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I call the phone number for YouTube TV you get an immediate recording that indicates your call has been forwarded to voice mail. When you call the number from your bank statement you get a recording that they are closed. YouTube TV has a license to steal and there isn't anything you can do about it.
I cancelled my membership 6 months ago, they never cancelled and continued to charge me for the WORST TV service that is the most expensive with the least amount of popular channels. Its cheaper to have cable.
Signed up for the full service with Sunday Ticket but games were blacked out. Called customer service twice and emailed once. They promised to check into problem and call back - never did.
When you want to record a show, you should not have to record the entire series, which includes past shows. Way too many programs record. I want to be able to just click on a show or movie and have it record instead of every episode recording. Just because there is no limit on the amount for the DVR space, you should be able to click on which ones you want to record instead of every one recording. Get like Direct TV and let us click on separate programs to record instead of always recording the entire series, esp. When it records past shows.
So one of the reasons we signed up for the NFL ticket was because You Tube TV boasts a "family sharing" plan and both my wife and I wanted to be able to access NFL Ticket on our mobile apps. We were misled. Even though you add a person on family sharing, you can ONLY use the person's email who initially subscribed to the account. I learned this after spending 45 minutes in a chat with a "customer service" representative who talked in circles, refused to give me theeir name and refused to send me a copy of the chat. Terrible. Much worse than DTV (and that is a pretty low bar).
I have issues with playback. Not help. Paid for Sunday ticket and does not work.

We purchased the nfl package every year since they have had it. We were going to go with YouTube now that they have the nlf package. Signed up and didn't away there was a problem. We have an extender in our home since we have a basement. Since it's seems like two different internets. We called it get help through YouTube tv customer service and he said he would help for $160! This is ridiculous! The nfl should be ashamed giving that contract to this company
First of all be aware that YouTube TV has no customer service should you encounter a problem… AND you WILL encounter problems! When they update, it messes with the viewing area and it's almost impossible to fix it. This last time I could NOT fix the problem and had to cancel. Fortunately for me it was almost time to renew so I only wasted a small amount of money. This service is almost as high as local cable so is it even worth it?! The only positive is the cloud DVR but that's useless if you can't get it to load. Buh bye YouTube TV
I called and inquired about the NFL Sunday Ticket. I asked the gentleman on the phone if I purchased the Sunday Ticket, will I get the Washington Commanders games both preseason and Regular Season games. He said "Yes, you will get both". A few days later I purchased the NFL Sunday Ticket.
I just found out tonight, as I was trying to get the Washington Commanders first game on, I do not get the Commanders Preseason games. I called and spoke with a sales associate and she said the gentleman I spoke with was wrong. Preseason games are not included in the package I purchased. After speaking with her, I'm not even 100% sure I'm going to get the regular season games, that seems to be very unclear as well.

Youtube TV took $65 from my bank account without my consent. I saw an advertisement while online, and decided to sign up for the FREE 5 day trial. After looking at the Youtube TV service for 15 minutes, I immediately canceled the 5 day free trial. The reason for immediate cancellation was because the STREAMING SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. There were SEVERAL GLITCHES, and the selection of streams weren't good. The same day I accepted the free trial offer, I checked my bank account and they had charged me $65.45 days later I still have NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK from them. I emailed them several times, and they lied to me saying they refunded me the same day. They continued lies for several weeks, even after showing my bank account statement (to date) as they requested. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANY INFORMATION. Sadly, this is a crooked company.
YouTube TV don't waste your time or money. The app constantly freezes during live TV and recordings. If you send feedback they never respond. If you complain too many times it seems to freeze more often. No one returns emails and or feedback there's never a response back and you can't call anyone... Zero stars
I love the ninja kids and the songs are awesome so when I watch them I really want to meet the ninja kids.
They turned off my service. So I paid them took the money off my card. After 3 hours still waiting for them to put it back on. Didn't wait 3 hours to take my money. 2 minutes it was gone. Unbelievable

I have 2 new Sony Smart TV's same make & model. One tv has YouTube TV. The other tv cannot verify my Home area. I have deleted & reinstalled, reviewed my iPhone & computer settings. Everything I can think of online. There is no way to fix this. Clearly if one tv has it & the other doesn't somethings wrong. Why is it so easy to sign into Prime & Netflix on multiple tvs but not Youtube? The app is a nightmare. NOT USER FRIENDLY. I'm thinking of dumping YouTube tv & going with apple or another app.
