Fox Chapel is a borough of Pittsburgh. There is not a real business called Fox Chapel Capital. The address listed on the Turnaround.org web site for the business is Vorachai's home address. Its a condo. Its not a business or a place where businesses are located. I contacted Turnaround.org twice, and they have not responded. Its been over a month.
