Website said quotes would be received within gone hour of request when made weekdays before 5:00. I did not get my quote until 2 pm Saturday - 24 hours later. I emailed yesterday to see where my quote was - no response.
The quote was for $371. Unreal. UPS was $174 and I could have gone with them and been half of your quote.mi ended up shipping FedEx Ground for $55. Weight 60 lbs. You totally failed and I will never use you again or recommend you to anyone.

My parcel was picked up at 4:08 p.m

My parcel was picked up at 4:08 p.m. March 8th, Tuesday. I was given a window from 2pm to 6pm. That was a long time to have people to stand-by. I called TSI and asked them to contact the carrier to see if they could narrow the time down for me. TSI phoned Conway Trucking (XPO Logistic) and the Conway did exactly that. Matter of fact, the drive called me himself to work out the time with me. The driver was so courteous in helping to load the parcel onto the truck along with my friend, a young man in his 20s. I (64 yrs old) didn't need to left a finger nor did the young man's mom (48 yrs old) who came to help me also. I was not expecting the parcel to arrive to Milwaukee, WI until next week. However, the parcel arrived Wednesday morning. WOW! Really quick delivery. Well, when they made the delivery to the resident, my daughter was not home because the tracking information stated that delivery would be made on Thursday, March 10th. I phoned Conway and told them they were supposed to phone before making the delivery; they apologized and told me to tell my daughter to call and set-up a new delivery day. She phoned them and made arrangement for Monday, March 14th. Well, later on Conway called my daughter back and told her the driver could return and make the delivery Thursday, March 10th. Again, WOW! They made the delivery as promised and even helped to move the parcel in. WOW! My daughter and I were really impressed with Conway. I had 3 boxes delivered, 1 King size mattress and 2 twin boxed spring foundations. All 3 parcels arrived at its' destination intact, and together, at the same time (not days apart). The boxes were not damaged in any way. Nor were the wooden box springs damaged. WOW! WOW! AND WOW AGAIN! Quick service, professional service and merchandise was treated with loving care. Thanks Conway! Thanks Steve Sargent at TSI. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

We had several items damaged in transit

We had several items damaged in transit - specifically a maple desk and a one year old 40" LED TV. The TV, which cost $400, had clearly been dropped (or something dropped on it in the upper right corner) and was damaged beyond repair. Our only recourse was to file a claim with the delivery firm, American Van Lines, which we did. They denied our claim, saying the damage occurred prior to their part of the move. So, I expect we'll have to "bite the bullet" and buy a new TV, since we have no recourse path to the original company who picked up the belongings. This is just the "icing on the cake" of a horrible moving experience. I would never recommend Transit Systems to coordinate any moves whatsoever for anyone.

I believe the quote I requested was for White Glove Service & I received a quote for Economy. Also, I thought it was odd that I received an email thanking me for getting the quote & a discount coupon to give friends before actually receiving the quote.
The customer I had for this quote changed their mind and isn't making the purchase, I'll try you guys again, and we'll see how it goes next time...

1- Movers had diff delivery date than planned, they were finally convinced to come night of planned delivery date.
2- 500.00 extra charge with estimate - refrigerator eventually moved, use of shuttle after mover randomly asked about our street and no clear notice our move would cost more and we only added 2 extra lamps and I volunteered my own boxes if needed. Our coordinator was notified, appreciated my email feedback but no resolution made. Hoping my email escalates to Mgt.
