With using truthfinder app I was able to locate neighbours in another part of the state to ask for a written well agreement. After going to court house records of deeds I was able to capture their name and mailing address. Brought that information to truethfinder and was able to capture their phone number with a process founding the address. Thanks truthfinder.

Save your money and Google online for your information, to find address go to county public tax records type name in and address will come up, I tried to leave a 2 star review on truthfinder and they said it wasn't a valid review even though I'm in top 10% of Google reviewers, Truthfinder reminds me of the bait and switch plan. For additional funds they will give you more general info.

Someone stole my deceased girlfriend's I-phone, which I pay on every month until it's paid off. So I reactivated it last month and it was stolen shortly after. I had a phone # which I got from my carrier so I used you guys and the number that was called was to a guy ab out 72years old. Well I looked at the friends connected to this guy and bam there was a name I knew. So he is busted. I wonder if that is considered a B and E. I mean he was inside my pad when he stole it. I just thought I'd throw in a couple of pics of my girlfriend cuz she was so hot. She's 63 in that photo. Thanks

I opened truthfinder to explore it. I did not choose to use it. But now that I opened it, I'm receiving 10 spam notifications a day about my report. I want them to leave me alone. I recommend not even opening their ad.

The information I retrieved was only a little more than what was available on public records for free, but I am happy to have all the informaiton in one place. While my friend did disclose some items, not all issues were disclosed and this was helpful in my a decision on whether or not to enter into a business agreement.
However, this is not worth a reoccurring monthly fee. I will not continue this service.

I pulled a report on a person who died in October 2021. The report did not state that the person had died. Other information, such as the date of the person's home purchase, was off by 22 years. The purchase date was cross checked against the appraisal district records.

I asked for a search on this site. It allegedly found information, but when it came to pay, I have now tried to pay 27 times. As soon as i click on pay my bill is reduced bu 50%, but i still cannot pay. Then it reduces to $1, still cannot pay. How in the hell do they make money when they will notlet you pay. Totally crap

I requested a single report on person with a known arrest record. Besides not capturing the arrests, the remainder of the "report" was very sparse - containing almost no information. Despite declining their monthly "service" they billed me for another month before I could cancel.
