Any reason possible relatives of a researched person no longer appear? It was included in the monthly charge before. Very disappointed. One more thing you paid for that has been taken away.

They offer different memberships unknowingly and when you think you've cancelled your membership they charge you others ones! Had to call customer service today to get a "second" one cancelled even though I thought I had already. Had a terse conversation with the customer service rep who was blaming me for having different memberships. No, you shouldn't have confusing different ones and charge me. Finally got it refunded but did NOT receive a cancellation email to confirm. They'll probably just keep charging next month too. Awful people. Purposely create multiple memberships to confuse you and get money from you. They are the scam artists they charge you to see if others are. How do they sleep at night?

Useless and inaccurate information, and failure to include existing court records. False advertising as TruthFinder does not tell you upfront that it charges for downloading the report.

FIrst, their sales practices are questionable. If you're sucked in by their "search any name" button in their ad, it will take you several long minutes of watching screen "load" page after page. In reality, as a member, a search takes only seconds. They're just trying to get you to invest time so that you don't want to feel that you wasted your time without getting anything in return and hope that you'll pay for your subscription at that point. Second, their subscription price is far more expensive than other services. Finally, you can't even proceed to get the information without inputting your own personal information first in the form of first and last name and email address. They'll get far more information from you then you'll get from them by the end.

We have used it twice-once with no useful information, the second on my mobile when a site with a different name took us to the Truthfinder site. In both cases, the number of pop-up requests to follow-up the searches is unceasing. I can't open either the computer or the phone without that popping up. Almost every time I change tabs. I can't find a way to unsubscribe. I didn't get far enough into the first to pay for anything and the second one I got off as soon as I saw the address.

I've been charged for 6 months now and can't cancel my membership, and It won't let me look anyone up since my initial search even though I'm charged twice per month, one for about 30 bucks and one for around 5 bucks, I'd stay away from this site...

I like using Truthfinder in my business; HOWEVER, when you have a billing issue (like being billed 3 times in one month for a membership where you should only be billed ONCE) they will not help you. The response I received was "talk to your financial institution because I don't see those charges." I was literally looking at my bank statement and she was telling me she could not see the additional $56.10 for August, September and October that Truthfinder had taken out. Suddenly it's MY problem to fix THEIR problem. Cancelled my membership right then and will never use again. BEWARE
